I want to compliment Jerry at store 4407 in Lindon. During the quarantine, I had some time on my hands and decided to fill that with home improvements. There were so many times, time after time, that He would recognize me and asked "show me pictures of what you've done, I want to see them". One time, in particular, I was in a panic to finish a plumbing job. It was 15 min before closing time and he happened to be at the front door monitoring people coming into the store. "Jerry" I said, showing him pictures on my phone. "I don't have what I need to finish this...what do I do? He responded, "Get this piece, its on isle 39 on the bottom right side. That will finish it." Sure enough it did. He's a stud and a very knowledgeable professional!

This store is always well staffed and I have always been helped by very knowledgeable and friendly associates.

These poor employees! They're doing their best, running around with futile looks on their faces, TRYING to give good customer service, but for whatever reason, there just aren't enough people scheduled to fulfill customer's needs! But they're trying, which is why I give an excellent review. Everyone's ALWAYS so friendly, so helpful--if they don't know the answer themselves they find someone who does. And with the added craziness of being an 'essential' business, they're going above and beyond to help everyone they can while social distancing and following all sorts of extra rules. Thank you, Lindon Home Depot, for being awesome! Hang in there! Hopefully COVID won't last much longer!!

The store is very neet, clean and well organized. The employees are very polite and seem to always exactly know which isle things are located. The professional assistance has helped many times in using items purchased and answering any questions about how to use items purchased.

Sara in flooring helped us find the carpet that we were looking for. She has great customer service! Allen in doors has helped me special order a storm door for our front entry. A young man helper me find dormant spray for my apple trees. The store has always looked like they were ready for business.

Lindon Home Depot is the best Home Depot around. What great management they have, the employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. If an employee doesn't have an answer, then they will take you to an employee that can help you. I LOVE THIS STORE

Love this Home Depot! They always have what I need and friendly customer service. The helpful DIY tips are there on each isle. And our whole family enjoys the fun kids workshops each month.

I LOVE the Lindon Home Depot! I cannot walk far into the store without being greeted several times by employees, including being asked if I need help, and then of course, receiving that help. They are all great. And the store manager Jake really seems to care about the needs of his store, be it his customers, and his employees. Five stars!

Looking for specialty items and service takes only a few moments in this store. Staff is knowledgeable and easy to find. I have yet to be disappointed shopping here in the Lindon store.

This is a great Home Depot. The staff is always attentive, friendly and professional. Individual departments are extremely helpful too. I worked with Lizzie in cabinets and counter tops and I could not be happier with her help! I also worked extensively with Ginger in flooring and she was simply amazing to work with! I went in there not knowing exactly what to do about my flooring remodel project, but Ginger took the time to ask questions and helped me put a flooring plan together. She walked me through the whole process and I completed the order. She really is a great person among many others at the Lindon Home Depot in Lindon, UT. Thanks Ginger! Dave.

Great service...Every visit. Every time. This store has a strong culture of customer care. All employees offer eye contact and a friendly hello. I feel valued at this location even though it’s 45 miles from my home.

The store is a destination not an after-thought like the Provo or American Fork stores. I live very close to an Ace Hardware store but drive past it to go to Home Depot because I know I will find what I need and usually get the help to figure things out.

I was helped by very kind, knowledgable employees and had a wonderful experience. I came in to make a return very frustrated but was treated kindly and respectfully. I'd shop here again in a heartbeat!
