All the associates are very friendly, knowledgeable in their department, and even willing to help out and go above and beyond what they are supposed to do. The store is always clean when we go and the signs are very easy to follow to find the items we need.

You had what I needed and employees were frendly.

I always like going to this store. It’s very rare that I am disappointed, and the prices are decent.

The store is doing their best to keep items in stock as long as the contractors do not clean them out. The employees are working very hard to keep the customers like me happy. I really appreciate their interest in helping me when I am looking for a specific item. I will drive the extra distance to get the help and material I need.B

I noticed near the store in park lot area, several young men moving potted shrubs and trees about, a large number of inventory and it was pleasing to see a sign of springtime after this long, dry winter. Many thanks for that welcome indication!

First time to shop in the Lindon Store. I found it better stocked, more options and better staffed than like stores in Delta, Utah and even other HD stores I frequently use in Virginia.

This is a great store. The staff are excellent. They always have what I need.

I came in to get blindes and there were 2 people behind the desk just talking. I stood there for a couple minutes and neither one of them asked if i needed help untill i pointedly starred at them then with out getting up the young man asked if i needed help. I was tought that you always approach a customer to ask if you could help them. This is the worst service i have ever seen at a home depot i wish i had gotten both there names!!!

Everything was great until I got to the last question. I either accept advertising plugging my email, or I won't be entered in the sweepstakes. As one somebody says, You r at b-----d!

Just bought a Christmas tree at this location and the staff was friendly, helpful and followed a safety protocol for preparing each tree that was impressive! Great job!

I particularly like this Home Depot. I've gone to other Home Depots in my surrounding area, but walking distance is usually a little further to the entrance, and being handicapped and not having to go so far is nice. As I enter the store, there is always someone right there to greet me. If I have a question where a product might be found, this person 'knows' where it is. I've never gotten an "I don't know" as I have in other stores. Associates are cheerful; that's good. Home Depot's product variety is expanding. I bought a collapsible cane from my HD, and it was at a price cheaper than many pharmacies. Store is clean, aisles are wide so two carts can pass easily. I've never had a problem at this HD; that says a lot.

Adam was extremely helpful and kind. He stayed with my to get all the materials and talk me through options for my fireplace project. K was so appreciative that he stuck with me so I felt sure I had what I needed.

I have shopped Home Depot‘s all around Utah and other states, and the service at Lindon Home Depot is so excellent that I see a difference. It may be because I’m more familiar with the people in this store but the service is excellent. I can see that these employees recognize the customer comes first and they go out of their way to help customers. I see it and experience it all the time there. I want to thank Melissa, Brent, Rachel, Amy, and so many great friends there

the whole place is better arranged and easier to find stuff than previously, even though it always was ok.

The employees here are always so friendly and helpful! I had a guy just yesterday reply to my thanking him for helping me load up my van with, "Of course!" and "Absolutely!" ... That kind of talk can't help but make you feel important.

Over all my experience was good. Maybe more training on the products you carry for the sales associates. I was looking for pruning sealer and the garden sales girl had no clue what I was talking about. And the Chainsaw area guy had no idea on how to help me find a replacement chain for my Dewalt chain saw. He sent us to the repair area.. no luck. The guy behind the counter had no idea either. But, overall we usually have a great experience when shopping at the Lindon store!

Found the main thing I was looking for (decent shower head) but wasn't able to find a whole lot of smart things in this store. I have been searching for WiFi-connected light switches for quite some time now but so far I've only been able to find them online only and not through home depot. The store was fairly clean and the employees were friendly when you can get them to notice that you exist.

I have lived here in Orem for all most 5 years now. this passed February I had a manger flood in my basement. Then the Pandemic happened. I am a single mom. My whole world was turned up side down. It was so amazing to have Home Depot, You Tube and a friend that borrowed me his tile cuter and other tools. When ever I went into the store it was in order and very clean. I was impressed how the employees and a couple time, managers helped with ordering carpets and everything else that I needed with repairs. I'm at the end of this craziness. What a blessing it is to have good people and home Depot here...Your wonder and everything when to comes to repairing home act.

Loved the employees Jerry and Kit who helped me with my shower supplies. Professional and very helpful. They should get raises as they helped me buy products that I otherwise would not have bought. And were just so helpful! Very much disliked the sales associate in the order pick up/returns area. Wish I caught her name as I was completely unimpressed with her. Was just frustrated when after being told to go to the side of the store to wait for my order, that no one came outside to even acknowledge us. We were out there for 20 minutes before I went back in thinking they probably forgot about us, and after telling the associate we had been out there for over 20 min, instead of apologizing or at least saying we will get your order to you soon, she gave me no time estimate (after I asked for one) and sarcastically smiled saying “we are doing the best we can.” I wish I could provide tone and facial expressions in the description here. Well I’m sorry, but if “the best you can” takes over 40 minutes to bring my tub outside, and I have to come in 3 times to make sure they actually remembered us waiting outside, then I will be choosing Lowe’s for now on. Especially when it took less than 5 minutes to have the vanity I bought be delivered outside. Night and day difference. It’s too bad that one person can ruin a customer’s experience and $10,000s of more dollars spent all because they’re rude and terse and unprofessional. The only reason I will ever go to Home Depot again will be out of convenience. Otherwise, I will never shop here again. It ticked me off. I spent over $800 and had terrible service.

Employees tried their best to help me with the knowledge they have but I had done a lot of my own research and seem to know a little more than some of them did about weedeaters.
