The Home Depot made replacement of our water heater a breeze. A quick visit to the pro service counter and we didn’t have to do anything else. Happy customers!

The service is so outstanding and the knowledge of the employees was incredibly! They actually walk us thur the store to show us the different things we were going to need for our large project it’s really amazing to have out standing service in the Lodi Homedepot we recommend this store highly!

I ordered on line and shelly brought out the order and escorted me to lumber to have vince custom cut the wood, shelly also had bill from plumbing come down and introduced himself and told me where i needed to be to get the pipe cut and threaded. Both vince and bill were kind and helpful. I called for the story manager and told her as well what great service i received.

Want to save time and hassle, one call does it all at this Pro Desk they are efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. If your in construct and don't want to hassle with orders call this Prodesk they are beyond amazing I have been in construction and real estate 23 years and this store is amazing.

I help my elderly parents every weekend. They were flooded out of their house in January 2023. During reconstruction someone stold their dump trailer so I tried to rent one while driving their pickup. Because the first name on the pickup registration was different than mine, staff would not rent to me. The last name was the same and it's not a common name. So I had to have my father, who is 88 with a broken leg on one side and a prosthetic device on the other, drive to the store. Is the thought trying to help his parents a foreign thought. Management response was pathetic.

We bought appliances, accessories, plants etc… great price and a excellent store & staff

Staff appears to have little to no training. Management appears to be absent. Even checking out with misc nuts and bolts was an extreme challenge. Something is seriously wrong at this location.

In an ideal world Home Depot employees would have some trade related knowledge. Instead, this location has employees that don't want to assist, don't follow through, don't know the location of anything in their store and have severe difficulty running the cash register. Horrible.

I went to purchase a refrigerator today and i was helped my Lexi and her manager Teresa. They were super helpful and had a great attitude despite it being super busy. Definitely had a great experience today, thank you for making my day girls.

Any time I go in cashier kris is always helpful and gives great customer service from buying a simple drink or spending money on products it’s always the same customer service.

Purchased a washer and dryer. Teresa was excellent. In and out in 30 minutes. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Went in to buy lumbar to replace my back fence. The young man who helped was great!

I was so happy with the one bathroom fixture that was purchased, that another fixture was a reasonable conclusion.

Noting my look of utter bewilderment while facing a lighting display, a store employee approached me and offered to help me find what I was searching for…loved that!!

Employee help was available, compared to the stockton store. Helpful employees. Two employees helped us all the way through our remodel purchases. They saved us valuable time so we could pick up our child from school on time. I think this is my first time at this store. It is much better than the stockton store. Better organized and employees available. At stockton I had to have other shoppers help me in the past. I’m glad I made majority of my purchase here and only got a few out of stock items from the stockton store.

Friendly customer service.

I was unsure what to buy to solve our problem. Miranda saw me through to an order. What happened is so extraordinary. It's as if the store has a quiet, busy alertness, but it's not frantic. Some places an employee is afraid to help much because they're "wasting time," perhaps. I tend to not ask for help if I am going to be burdening someone. Yesterday, I really needed help and was dreading being a pest. I think management is supporting customer service, or the service at this level couldn't have happened. Miranda was focused, knowledgable, and looked up information to help me determine what I needed. One simply can't pay for the kind of competent, caring help she gave me. I'm coming back. And it wasn't just her. I am encouraged that I will be successful if I go to this store.

The flooring specialist, Joe was knowledgeable and thorough with all questions we asked. I will continue to shop at the lodi home dept store for all of my remodel needs.

Daniel went out of his way to search three different areas to see if a product was in stock, once we found one in stock he was able to assist and help me with my purchase, he was fast and he was polite. He was also helping fellow employees and customers from what I observed. That Shows what a great leader he is. Thank you so much Daniel!!

Had multiple issues buying; delivery & installing (defective screws) with Bonaire cooler. Elizabeth, mgr., arrange for unit to be held; assistance from Joshua, Jessie and 1- other gentleman, Lodi CA; they resolved prior issues; and took care of us, efficient, polite, extremely helpful- we as the customer mattered above all else; from the moment we walked in the store till the moment we drove away;’including assembly, loading securing the unit and ensuring we had all components and were safe to drive away Also Riverbank CA store “Z” mgr; assisted with pick up of prior unit defective and was also amazing

I needed to return an item and Home Depot made the process very easy.
