Great shopping experience

They sell you appliances and lie about their availability . They have no problem taking your money while they lie about your ability to get the appliance . DON'T TRUST THEM

Friendly service with reasonably priced products , all you can ask for from this kind of business. We shop here fairly often and have yet to be disappointed.

We ordered a new Weber Grill from the Home Depot in Lodi Ca. Asked for assembly. They text back eight hours later saying assembly completed. Ready for pick up. We went to pick up our grill and waited for grill to be brought out. It took a while which was fine, however the employee told us that they had no grill ready, assembly people come to work in two days and here is the floor model. Take it or leave it. Had to make special arrangements to borrow a truck for pick up so had no choice except to bring home the floor model. How Sad. Poor way to do business.

I love store 6660 here in Lodi, the store is always clean, the employees are always extremely helpful, Professional and courteous. On a special note, the associates that work in customer service, and on the Pro Account desk, you guys are outstanding.

Just moved to area.went to Home Depot to purchase new refrigerator and washer and dryer. The older female employee working in the appliance area looked at us and left the area. My husband went to customer service they told him someone was working back there to which he replaced no she saw as and left. Finally a young female employee came to help us. We ordered our items with a delivery date, the day before that day my husband received a call that the date was moved up which was A MONTH LATER! When my husband went to talk with a manager the manager tried to avoid him. Ofcourse Home Depot said it was not their fault and there was nothing they could do.

I only gave this Home Depot a 5-star because of Joshue, your night assistant manager on 01/20/20. If not for him, I would have rated Home Depot a 1-star for the complete lack of customer service. After asking 3 Home Depot associates to get us assistance to help us cut a 4x8 plywood sheet, to no avail, I finally thought I'd try one more time. I randomly approached Joshue and he was the best! Polite and accommodating. He could have got another associate to help us, but decided not to pass the buck. He cut the plywood himself. My husband and I were very satisfied with the way Joshue handled the situation. Thank you, Joshue. Because of you, Home Depot has gained a good reputation.

Easy store to get to very pleasant to be at. The home and garden department is excellent!

Every time I shop at this store, they have aisles closed off and are operating forklifts to move merchandise. EXTREMELY annoying. I have complained about it several times now but they don't seem to give a rat's behind! If this store was not so conveniently located I would shop elsewhere; in fact I think I'm silly to keep subjecting myself to this frustration.

The customer service or really any associates I talked to were idiots... do not even know about the products that they sell

This store has many great employees. My wife and I received a lot of information and help during our kitchen remodel. Elena was simply amazing. Patient and informative, she guided us through our maze of questions to help us complete and thoroughly enjoy our new kitchen.

Friendly customer service.

I have never gone to this store and been waited on. Employees walk by and never ask. They seem more interested in putting up stock than stopping and helping someone, mostly in lumber and tools departments.

Clean friendly place. You see smiles as soon as you walk in and til you cash out. They are very helpful in anything you ask them. Pretty organized place.
