I drive extra miles to go to the Lodi Home depot store because of the good customer service, product availability and overall cleanliness of the store.

I have a very handyman challenged husband. This leaves it up to me to solve fix-it jobs around the house. I always find someone at my local Home Depot to help me solve what I need. If I try to save a trip across town, I regret it and always end up at Home Depot to finally get things fixed.

being a truck driver by trade, it just so happens that i used to deliver lumber to the homedepot stores throughout Arazona as well as locally in the greater northern California. the homedepot Lodi, ca. store is one of the best homedepot's i've visited. i would recommend store #6660 to anybody. all homedepot stores are layed out pretty much the same making it easy to find what your looking for. the employee's at the Lodi store seem to be more friendly and personal in helping their customer's which makes the overall experience so much nicer. the store it self is nice and clean, not all cluttered up and disorganized. i actually look forward to shopping at the Lodi homedepot

I love to shop in this store. It is clean with good lighting and no junked up in the aisles. The employees are friendly and seem to try their best to give you assistance when asked. There are 3 Home Depot stores in my area and the Lodi store is the one that is further away but I like the store so much I am willing to drive the distance. There is adequate handicapped parking which I use. There is never folks standing around in the parking lot hassling the customers for money or begging to be hired for jobs at your home. Overall this store is a very nice place to shop and I do spend a lot of money here.J

In all the departments that I go to on a regular basis, there always seems to be an experienced person that really knows what their talking about and they are more than willing to share their expertise. They even help me with product selection based on their recommendations.

Very Orgainzed And Great Cashiers Great Service Very Clean

Store was relatively clean to the eye. I was happy with one associate in particular that helped me in the paint department based on her experience and upbeat attitude. I will not comment on the gentlemen that waited on me in the same department the previous day. Incorrect paint and a very bad demeanor.

Very nice store! Sales folks that I dealt with were very professional, personable and efficient. The sale of the appliance I was looking for only took a few minutes to complete. Delivery was set up for a future date when the item is required to be on site for installation. Store appeared to be very well managed and was very clean with helpful sales people. Would recommend this store to anyone living in the Lodi, CA area. Prices were as advertised on the Home Depot web site.

Sharon in the garden center is very nice. Help me with good directions as to where product was that I needed. Store was well stocked. Like the Christmas decorations.

Store was clean and nicely organized...everything on shelves. The only problem was with the employee assistance I received upon looking for the item I wanted. When I asked an employee where the item was, instead of assisting me to the area where the item was stored, he pointed and said straight ahead. Did not ask me if I needed assistance or had any questions about the item. The checkout employee was a different story. Very informative on questions I had about the item....suggested I get a replacement warranty and why!!! Appreciated his assistance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO ORDER ANYTHING, IF YOU NEED TO SPECIAL ORDER I WOULD ADVISE GOING ELSEWHERE THIS STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE EAGER TO MAKE THE SALE , TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU EMPTY PROMISES ABOUT WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE. STORE MANGER DOES NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO GET INVOLVED .

I watched as this store was being built and said "I'll have to check it out someday". But I live on the other side of town and have a rival store closer. Saw an add in today's paper that I couldn't pass up and finally checked out this store. I was really impressed at the difference in customer service. I did not "wander the aisles" but asked the first staff member I saw and he guided me to the item I was after. He stayed with me as I made my selection and asked pertinent questions to be sure I got what I needed and that I knew how to use and care for it. He was friendly and personable as were the ladies at check-out. Altogether a MUCH better experience than at the "other" store. You just earned another satisfied customer. Thank you.

Gentleman named Salvador Rodriguez provided the best customer service I have received in a long time by anyone in retail. His attention to detail and patience was exceptional. All while juggling phone calls to his department. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. Great asset to your store.

NEED TO CLEAN UP THE RETURN AREA..... IT WAS A MESS .....

The only opinion I have about the store is that their tile and flooring departments are too small for the amount of items they stock. And a lot of items on display are not in stock and must be ordered. I'm just glad that I can see what the item is before ordering it and not have to guess at what it is looking at it online.

Although the in stock supplies were more limited than bigger stores, the customer service was the best I've ever received.
