Loving the lumber we got at Home Depot

Have purchased several Millwakee cordless power tools at this location

Even though the shelf was empty of a bee trap I needed, Scott the employee was able to find the stock and gave me what I needed. Just a little furstrated that the shelf was empty at the time I shopped. Problem was solved by your employee, Scott.

This store consistently excels in customer service. I especially appreciate Tony in plumbing. Dude is awesome, has a great attitude, is respectful and takes a personal interest in your project, going out of his way to help.

This store is as exciting as a three ring circus and always good for a thrill. The thrill of trying to find a lumber cart that isn’t filled with orders to load your purchases on. The thrill of trying to navigate the overcrowded aisles, trying to find a hole large enough for a cart to fit through, all while trying to dodge the appliances, overstock, and online orders stacked all over the store. The thrill of trying to maneuver the maze exiting the store out of the proclaimed “loading zone” that has become an overcrowded parking lot of chaos. The thrill of trying to find an employee knowledgeable and available to assist in custom orders or locating products. The thrill of being a checkout clerk and self checking your own purchases while a long line waits at the only available clerk in the lumber area. If these things give you thrills, this is definitely your store!

Sarah helped me with a molding purchase and later that day I realized I purchased the wrong finish color. I came back and She canceled my order and placed the new correct order. Very nice and helpful.

HD had the right products to get rid of the bees in the dog yard. No other store had what I needed. Thanks!

I purchased this ladder with safety in mind and could not be more pleased with how easy it use.

My skirting table is slowly taking place because I inadvertently glued the pieces the wrong way. Thank HD employees for accommodating me by cutting more pieces so they can fit in my small car.

Making 2 skirting tables for sheep fleece AND a dryer rack for washed fleeces. It was soooo nice to have them cut to size.

The team working at the Longview, WA location have made it enjoyable to shop at Home Depot again.

I have been coming to this HD for years and imagine I always will. I always get good customer service and they almost always have just what I need.

Several weeks ago, my wife and I decided to special order a door for our new log cabin house that is under construction. We finally settled on a style that was appropriate and completed the order with the millworks representative at the store and the order was paid for. Fast forward two weeks and I get a phone call from that same millworks associate, informing me that the factory had contacted him and that there was a problem with availability of some options that we had selected. Soooo.... another visit to the store to find an appropriate substitute, and lo and behold we found a different style from the same manufacturer/same factory that could be fabricated without delay and was over $300 less expensive! I was promptly refunded the difference in pricing, and was able to keep my place "in lline" at the factory level, meaning my order didn't get pushed back because we had to resubmit new specs on it. So far this has been a win-win for me!

I’d just like to say that this Home Depot has stepped it up the customer service has gotten so much better then in the last years! I was greeted more then once in the store and Employees were very efficient on wanting to help me find anything. Jason in the paint department went above and beyond helping me with questions and customer service! Thank you !

Not only was the product that was needed readily available, there was assistance everywhere I needed it. Not one person showed strained by my need for assistance. I was unclear on a couple of items, help was most graciouosly given and even helped with saving some $

I use home depot for most of our needs. We are retired and live on a small farm. There is always some thing that needs fixing or building. I have consistently been able to get what I need at our local store, even if I am not always sure what that is.
