These folks show up to work and get the job done. I got someone on the phone when I called, wow! They verified what I needed was in stock, and held it for me until I got there. Then they helped me load it after the transaction. Thanks to Katie, SaraL and the guys that helped load the insulation!

I have pretty much always found what I came looking for at the Longview Hope Depot. Always a positive experience.

Over the years I probably bought more products from this Home Depot than any other places, for simple reason that they are always in stock, employees are always happy to help and know their products, just walking through clean and organized departments is satisfying by itself!

The new self check out is frustrating and slow. Old system walk to any check out scan and bag. Now you have to be aware of what check out you are at, as there are two card only systems. If make a mistake it needs to be voided and then you have to go to cash check out and repeat the slow and frustrating process. First you pick up item to be purchased, then locate barcode, then place on counter with barcode facing up, then you have to grab and pick up gun, then you have to squeeze the trigger, then carefully aim at barcode (can be hit or miss), then you have to place gun back onto stand, then grab scanned item and place into bag, then repeat this process for each additional item. It is very time consuming. I have bipolar and this is too much stress. If I was in a hurry there is the possibility of having a meltdown where I would have to leave. I will be traveling 30 miles to next town in search of a hardware store that is less stressful. I rather pay more money for my peace of mind.

This store is very well managed. Everyone who works here is helpful. I always look forward to shopping here.

I can find almost anything I need for my projects at this store. I haven't ask about the items I can't find.

Assistant manager Todd ( I had to ask the cashier his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag or a Home Depot anything shirt nothing), felt the need to argue with me over store stock of appliances and insisted if I wanted to purchase an appliance I had to pay the $65 delivery fee. I told him we had called ahead head and there was one in stock it was verified over the phone and I just wanted to take it home and not pay the delivery fee since I was disabled and having worked since 2015. He said he didn't care if I got laid off in 2015 and couldn't afford the delivery fee that that's just the way they did things. When I asked Todd to speak to his manager or a regional manager Todd smirked and said well you can dial 1 800 Home Depot if you want. After I asked again and Todd finally sent someone around to look for some type of Dishwasher model that maybe possibly could be in stock and they found the exact one I was asking for he loaded it into my Explorer for me.

I WAS LOOKING FOR THE 'NO LADDER PRO' POLE FOR THE GUTTER CLIPS. OTHER STORES HAD THE CLIPS BUT NOT THE POLE. THEY WERE RUNNING LOW HERE BUT I FOUND 50 CLIP BOXES (RATHER THAN THE 25 THE OTHER STORES HAD!) AND THE POLE. THE EMPLOYEES HELPED ME WITH OTHER ITEMS, SOME THAT WERE UNCOMMON, OTHERS TYPICAL. A FEW WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND WHAT I HAD ASKED ABOUT, FOUND ME IN ANOTHER AREA AND GAVE ME TWO CHOICES. (I BOUGHT THEM BOTH.) :)

Closest Home Depot to me with easy road access. Store has always had great people, helpful without asking or having to hunt someone down. Items are usually in stock. Nothing bothers me more than going to a store with 4 of the 5 items I need. So I have to make another stop. The store is generally clean and uncluttered, even during busy times. I'm an old geeser, and people are always offering loading help. I haven't needed it, but I like being asked.

Brandon in lumber is a stellar dude. An amazing gentleman. Always super helpful, kind, and prompt. Very knowledgeable. An awesome representative of Home Depot! Best Home Depot employee I've ever dealt with at any store ever. Give the man a huge raise, promotion, + any bonus you can! Seriously, what a great employee. This store always has what we are looking for. Prices are good. We LOVE Behr paint. We've tried other store brands and we now only use Behr. We are faithful Home Depot shoppers! We come here for all our home improvement projects.

Associate by the pro desk and the one at paint desk were helpful. Sandy at the checkout is very pleasant and seems very engaged.

I went to purchase a chest freezer in the morning around 7:30 a.m. I asked an employee named Tyler for help and he immediately jumped up and went to get the freezer. He carried it up to the cashier for me and then went and got a big cart and also helped me load it into my car. All while being cheerful and friendly. It really made my day, I'm so used to being ignored or told to "go online" to buy things, it was great. The cashier Sara was very nice too. Thanks guys.

Wonderful experiences, time and time again. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had everything that I needed for my bathroom remodel project. I love this store!

This is a great store, we have been shopping here for years. Our recent experience was delightful as the employee David P. in the electrical department for ceiling fans was wonderful and the best associate I have ever dealt with at this store. He stayed with us the whole time and gave us all the information we needed. He treated us with respect and being elderly, we really appreciate that. I hope he is recognized for his knowledge and helpfulness. The store was also very clean and we were able to find with no problem.

I was in need of Peg board for a project and needed it immediately, I came here second, received impeccable service, got what I needed and went home a happy camper. Great sales people! The guy who helped me, immediately dropped what he was doing, took me directly to what I needed and checked to see if he could help me find anything else. Great service, great people.

Associates are always friendly and helpful. Aisles are big and clear and checkout is fast.

Had a difficult time finding a solution to missing parts for a used dryer that my daughter got from a friend. After many trips to other hardware stores that did not solve my problem I went to HOME DEPOT and got the right parts and solution to my problem. NAILED IT!!!

didn't find what I was looking for due to I was in a mad hurry today not much time but I found an OCTOPUS HOOK I am going to use it to hang up my fish net I have SO HAPPY I KNOW THAT IS PERFECT TO START MY FISH NET HANGING ON WALL HAPPY ME
