This store does not offer the same recycling of batteries, plastic bags, etc, as your Boulder store. Also, supplies appear to be more limited. When using plastic HD gift cards or paper gift cards, once my ID is in your system, I should NOT be required to always bring my driver's license.

The Home Depot #1506 in Louisville, CO has the best appliance specialist we have ever met. His name is Douglas C. He listened carefully to all our needs and took the time to help us identify the best refrigerator. He is a true professional and an incredibly caring human being. We hope you are as fortunate as we were and have the opportunity to have him help you with your appliance needs.

Of all the Home Depot stores in the area, this is my favorite one. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day or day of the week that I come into this store, I easily find help from one of its employees! No searching.....no getting sent to some isle to find it myself....just helpful employees who take their time to show you where something can be found.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area, when you are in the store Its clean and well laid out with helpful in-store staff. This will continue to be my prime home improvment store although I shop the Boulder and Longmont store as well when stock is lacking quantity I need.

Over many years I have always found the sales staff at this Louisville, CO store to be friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Fortunately this store does normally have what I am looking for, or will tell me where I could get it. Normally I find, in general, that Home Depot sales staff are friendly and helpful, regardless of the store. That is the main reason I frequent the stores. And I do have options!

Reps don't know what they are doing. The website doesn't keep a record of my purchases even though I am registered. The phone system is terrible, and it is hard to find a rep who knows what to do. It took 90 minutes to order 1 item. The phone system gave a different price than the website. The phone said the item I wanted was not in stock. The website said there were 46 of the item. Chat took forever and resolved nothing. I scheduled curbside pickup but got no confirmation or instructions on what to do. I will now have to call the store and pray I can find one person who knows what to do so I can pickup the order I've already paid for.

Team is very professional about store policies and exceptions. Found the perfect contractor coffee mug Christmas gift for my carpenter buddy thanks to Chris.

The store were I shop is always clean and very efficient . There are always helpful staff people who are knowledgeable and helpful.

All my questions were answered in what I was inquiring for. the employees helped find what I wanted. It was easy to get what I wanted because the workers helped me when I needed my questions answered.

I specifically give this store five stars because of cashier RONNIE. He was very professional with my mom and I, and did not mind spending more time with us as my mom had to go get other products after our first transaction. Also, he didn’t judge us for buying lots of toilet paper.

I love going in to this store and finding the employees wearing masks with hand sanitizer out and available. We realize there are some folks out there that feel their rights are being stepped on when asked to wear a mask and that is fine unless it involves others. We feel our safety is important and that message is given out when we go into a store and find the store cares about us AND their employees enough to have them wear safety gear and to make sure that is provided for them. KUDOs on showing us you care!!!

Deb in Millworks was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me pick out a front door. With me having no experience with this she really stood out to me with her expertise and patience thru the entire process. My 32 yr old daughter who was with me that day told me when we left the store “ wow she was great - her customer service was amazing - I hope they hang onto her.”

I had a great experience with this Home Depot and will definitely go there again. I had to buy several very heavy things - 4 bags of salt weighing 40lbs each and 2 - 50 lb. bags of sand. I am 72 and could not lift it alone. Zane alleviated all of my anxiety. I asked this young man if he would help me and he said, “That’s what I’m here for.” He was gracious, personable, and helped me from loading the material into my cart all the way to my car. He loaded it so that it would be easy for me to pull it onto a wheelbarrow when I got home. I was so worried about how I was going to get this done before I went there that I considered every Home Depot store trying to figure what would be best for me. I was so thankful for the unconditional service that I got from this wonderful young man. Do I recommend this store? Absolutely! Look for Zane if you want friendly, great service!

I was extremely disappointed when I witnessed a customer enter the store without a mask. When the greeter informed them that a mask was required, they refused. The customer was still allowed to enter the store and continue their shopping. The greeter should have called management to handle the situation. Management should have asked them to leave and not allowed them to shop in the store until they complied. None of this was done.

Be careful - the story has gone downhill in the past few months. Some people are knowledgeable but more and more are not.

Staff members are mostly so friendly. I met 2 young men this month alone who not took the time to explain everything when I was lost.

Paige was super helpful and courteous! Now to get to work on the home repairs.

As I stated in the survey, Don't be afraid of applying local Boulder County rules on wearing a mask to everyone. I asked the cashier why he did not confront the customer , he did not say. Just because he was black male , I assume it is ok. Poor Judgement

It seems like every time I go to this store looking for something small like a specialty fastener or a specific size nylon spacer(as I did today) the item is impossible to find. I found the product tag on the bin the spacer was supposed to be in, the website listed over 50 of them in stock, yet there was not a single one to be found. The associate I tracked down scanned the label, shrugged at me, and continued about his business. The whole drawer where it should have been had very few items in the places they were supposed to be, many were empty, and empty packages littered the area. The store was also not enforcing the requirement that masks/face coverings must be worn despite the large sign posted at the entrance stating the county's policy requiring them. Multiple customers walked in right past the sign without even having any sort of mask in their possession and were not given a second look by store employees. My experience with the curbside pick up at this store is also terrible. I pulled into the designated parking spaces, called the number posted on the sign, and the phone rang for 25 MINUTES before anyone picked up. No one picked up and asked me to please hold, there was no option to connect to an operator, it just rang and rang for 25 minutes before someone picked up. I don't want to set foot in this store again unless absolutely necessary.

Home Depot has done an outstanding job of creating a safe and clean environment by adapting smart safety measures during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We had a great experience at this Home Depot because of Douglas. He was extremely helpful. He has been helping us for 3-4 weeks to try and figure out the best doors for our home. He has done so with kindness and a smile on his face. He has been very helpful and thorough in helping us navigate all the details of the doors we have been looking at. He has also been very responsive to all of our calls and emails. Thank you! Deb was also very helpful when finalizing our door and credit today.

It stinks! Store would not match online pricing, let me add that it was HD Online pricing they would not match which is non-sense when most if not all (other) Home Depot stores will. As will other retailers who have both online and Brick and Mortar stores.

We went to buy a new dishwasher, and Scott in the appliance department was exceptional to work with. Thoroughly knew his job, the appliances, the process to follow to get us the best deal, guidance on what we needed to do to check on status of delivery, how to prep for delivery and follow-on actions. Highly recommend this store!
