Tonight we received the best service we have ever received from any store. After our microwave completely quit working and we weren't able to find our receipt, we went in and were helped by Tonie. She was fantastic and helped us return and purchase a new microwave. She took her time helping us, figuring out the return, helping us purchase a new microwave and then finding the soonest delivery date. It was truly outstanding service!!

Never had a worse experience. The service desk associate named Kate was rude, unhelpful and treated me like trash. She called me a liar for not having the right receipt. All I wanted to do was to return my items which obviously too much for her to handle and I asked about my online order because I didn't know if it was ready or not. This apparently bothered Kate saying I was wasting her time but she would check on the order anyway. The order was apparently cancelled because of the items not in-stock. I didn't believe Kate so I went to find the items myself. Guess what, the 2 items I needed were in-stock. I went ahead and bought them at self checkout because I needed them for a last minute project. I don't believe one bit that Kate told the truth about my order. She said it was cancelled, I think she just wanted to get rid of me because I was too much of a pain for her to deal with. Needless to say, if you shop at this store, which I don't know why you would but avoid Kate at the service desk. How embarrassing for a store to trust a person like Kate to be a customer service representative. This experience deserves zero stars but I guess it defaults to 1 star.

I ordered a dishwasher and installation for a rental home from Home Depot. When the dishwasher arrived installers disconnected and removed old one and carted it out to the truck. They uncrated the new one which was damaged in shipping. They took the new one back to their truck and left. THE INTALLERS LEFT THE WATER PIPE DISCONNECTED AND UNCAPPED. My tenant came home after a long day at work, turned on the kitchen faucet which flooded under the sink. The installation company gave me one apology. When the "new improved" dishwasher was installed, I expected Home Depot to offer some kind of compensation for their genuinely stupid mistake! I received an automated message when the new one arrived and never another word from them! Shoddy Home Depot. Very shoddy!

The staff is highly knowledgeable and very eager to assist customers in finding items and answering questions. The store is clean and well organized which makes for an easy and pleasant experience!

Thank you Jackson and Ted!! I went in to this Home depot to find a board to be used at my store. Once i found it i asked an employee about having it cut and he grouchily brushed me off. A little annoyed i headed to the wood cutting section and asked the employee there (sadly i didnt catch his name) if he would be able to cut the board for me. He said that he wasn't able to cut it the way i needed. He then went out of his way to contact tool rentals to see if they would be able to help. Jackson and Ted were more then happy to set up a saw and cut my board and did it free of charge! 5 stars to you guys for being so helpful and attentive!

Unreliable for delivery dates, very poor customer service.

The service associate Rick in the tools department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Bought a washer for an older friend. Salesman was polite and courteous, spoke slowly and clearly made eye contact with my older friend. Made sure he was selling the washer to her and not to me, he was very professional did an excellent job

Need a tool rental or repair? Ted and Travis put this location head and shoulders above all other Denver / Boulder stores. Thanks again for the continuous help!

The person in the blinds department was extremely helpful. Very polite, professional and patient every step of the way - I felt my business was valued and my satisfaction mattered.

Been shopping here for years and very seldom do I have to go elsewhere to complete what I need.

Unlike other Home Depots in the area, this one usually has bread and butter items that are chronically out-of-stock. Big empty spaces that you can see from a mile away. This time I went in for sprinkler heads and I had to climb all the way up to the top shelf to find them. They should check out climbing harnesses to customers as they come in for safety.

I am remodeling my home and was looking for a quote on blinds. Audrey did all the upfront work before I came into the store, which expediting setting my appointment time and which blinds fit what I was looking for. And they were on sale! She went the extra mile and I appreciated that.

I come to this store on a daily basis. Employees are doing a great job. There tools technician currently stopped working there though. I been waiting on my small jack hammer/drill for at least a month hope they get on this soon.

I used to like this Home Depot(HD), but recently I purchased items, returned them, & was provided a choice of returning the funds to my CC or receive a store credit(SC). I chose the SC. Who wouldn't? It's HD, we're always there. BUT, I was not informed that the SC was no longer applicable on line (because of previous customers committing fraud, I was later told). No problem, could you, HD, please transfer my SC to a functional E-SC, or could you please order the product & I'll pay with my SC at the store at time of order. No, HD said, CAN'T do that either. So what good is the store credit? OH!, just for the STORE. Not on line. Not in 2019. OK, stupid is as stupid does. Next time I get the funds returned to my CC, & shop at the competitor for the product HD won't carry in store. Side note: I feel bad for the employees working under Corporate HD, because they are nice people, & bear the brunt of what the consumer has to learn the hard way. It was not worth it. Good bye Home Depot.

I had the pleasure to be Deb Pace's customer! She has been a great source of knowledge and help us greatly in choosing our front door and all needed hardware. By far the best experience I even had with a sales representative.

Tom in Plumbing was Extremely helpful in helping us choose a water heater when he explained the benefits of each one. Scott in Flooring was very helpful explaining the different types of flooring, so we could make a informed decision on a purchase. Ted, Brett, Rodney, and Travis were very helpful explaining what types of tools we would need for our projects. They were all so very cheerful (and believe me, this is important when shopping)! Overall, these employees made for a very good and informative experience when we shopped at the Louisville Home Depot, today.

As luck would have it, our clothes washer stopped working over the Thanksgiving holiday and we went to Home Depot to buy a new washer/dryer. Due to space limitations, we found we had some research to do about available models that would fit and meet our washing/drying needs for our family of 4. The store associate who helped us (his name was Mark) was extremely proactive in understanding our needs, providing us information about the various brands available and worked with us to make the purchase a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this Home Depot location based on this experience.

A lady works here was super nice and friendly. We shop at Home Depot a lot and this store has the best employees so far. We will definitely come back to shop there.
