Always my go to store for all my home improvement projects, since the day it opened. Knowledgeable and helpful people there all the time.

Incredibly helpful staff, from Customer Service through each department. Also, the store is not as busy as the Home Depot in Boulder, so I always come to the Louisville store.

Steve in the paint department is very knowledgeable, and very eager to help, its nice to have someone who cares about doing a good job.

Employees at this store are especially helpful. I like the location and available parking there as well.

To management: I would like to let you know that I had a great experience shopping at your store, thanks to the assistance I did receive by one of your loyal employees. I was shopping at your garden center and purchased a large quantity of Cedar Post and I went looking for assistance and this young man with the name of "Jake" was extremely helpful from the beginning of my shopping to the time I left your store; I did tried to tip him but he refused it and let me know that he was there to help and it was no need for tipping. Congratulations Home Depot, you need to hire more people like "Jake" I will definitely will be back at your location.

I like to shop this store because they typically have more stock and more seasoned employees than the Boulder location. Seems to have less turnover of Associates here as well, so the chances of finding someone who has been there a while and knows where things are are and how to do it is higher than the "Student Associate" I often encounter at the Boulder location. I understand Boulder demographics, but seeing new faces all the time I shop is a mixed blessing. Some of the new employees are really good, but often most seem fairly new to the job.

Louisville Home Depot is the most helpful & friendly store in the Denver metro area. This store really puts the customer first & the staff assists you in finding the items needed for a small project or a major remodeling job!!

The employees in the building department and the garden department were very helpful and both suggested excellent cost effective solutions to problems that I was having.

We have shopped at this store for several years. We used to shop in Boulder, but the staff just seems friendlier and more helpful at the Louisville store. Also the easy of parking is far superior in Louisville.

Good staff working as hard as they can. They help as often as they can. Not near enough staff to cover all needs but that is understandable considering the size of the store and the cost of supplying more aisle coverage Pro desk staff are the best if you are lucky enough to need their help: Amy, Julie, Theresa are lifelines when you can't answer that million dollar question. They help when you need it !

It seems like your prices are reasonable, yet you still have sufficient and knowledgeable employees to help the customers. Your location is fairly convenient as well, and you keep a sufficient and varied inventory that nearly always addresses my needs.... I like going to your store.

I have been to all types of home improvement stores all over the country. Home Depot in general is my favorite, but there is of course variations between different locations. This location is conveniently closest to my house but it is also the best in terms of customer service. This location employs a lot of people that know a lot about construction and are always great for bouncing ideas off of and providing me with tips. All around a great store with awesome employees!!!!

Great service. I never say that about stores in general. Because of the customer service and consistent interaction with subject matter experts, I have confidence to do a project myself as oppose to contracting. This store has its quasi Genius bar for DIYers.

The self checkout clerk was: Rude, Loud, Incompetent, Disruptive and did not understand basic Math calculations.

Another store had called to have the only disposal of this size available for my pick up at service desk. It was there, I located it and it had my name on it. It was midday ,no customers in line so I bought it and was out of the store in a really timely manner. Yay.

I'm a small businessman, I've made my living from doing all sorts of contracting. I depend on home depot to have what I need to get my job's done. It's simple really, you make a friend and your loyal. It comes back to you. This staff is second to none. Thanks for making my life alot easier. I can count on you and that's what really makes a difference.

Look, the place is great. I'm a contractor and they always have everything I need at the drop of a hat. I go through the pro desk most of the time and Dan, Teresa, Julie and Amy are always good to me. I know them all by first name because they have been there a long time and I want it to remain that way. My loyalty is to their service to me first and the store after. It's a great store for my business, but it's the people and their help that make it the best store for me.

Friendly and Knowledgeable! Store Asst Manager was awesome. Ask for Jeff Bresson and he'll get you the right product!
