Had a list of items to get. Some common some not. I was able to find them all quickly. Had a little help from a couple employees that were friendly and eager to help. Will be going back!!

Darlene has no business dealing with the public. She cannot successfully ring up an order and appears to Hate her job.

Used to get such excellent service with helpful cheery workers. Home depot used to have quite a few older workers who you could tell were knowledgeable about what they did Now it is mostly people who don't want to seem to help you. Thank god for the nice manager who helped me after two other employees told me that they wouldn't because it wasn't their job.

After a long cold Cleveland area winter, it's a delight to see the how well stocked the garden center at the Home Depot Macedonia is and how helpful employees are to help find and load merchandise. Check out process was a breeze.

I was behind schedule for the day and needed material for my next job. When I arrived the employees were in the midst of forklift operations and had the idle I needed to be on shut down for safety. I was waiting patiently and did not seek out help. Without being prompted a young lady named Ohara approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I needed some plywood but the isle was closed. She took charge of the situation by speaking to the other employees about taking a brief pause in their operations to accommodate my needs in that moment. The two gentleman working with the forklift were polite and helpful as well. I was able to get the material I needed in a timely manner and move on with my day. It was a breath of fresh air to have customer service like this. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a good time. Thank you, Ohara

Purchased install from store on 10/29; Have been calling since the product was delivered and have been unable to get anyone to respond or follow up to schedule install. DONT BOTHER WITH INSTALL SERVICES.

Christine helped me return items and purchase a gas grill with delivery options. Her customer service is something not experienced often in today's retail environment. This HD location is typically better than others.

i ran in for some mulch and potting soil. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

He help me get my delivery on time. By bringing it himself.

First off, it would be great If a lot of the employees knew more technical advice. Secondly, it would be nice if you could actually find them without having to go to the cashier to ask them to meet you tat a location (esp with kids in tow), then it would be nice if they were friendly when you’re checking out.

I walked in before closing and the nice guy at the register got me two employees for assistance right away. Nick and Paris were SO helpful. They were kind and went over and beyond. They were much appreciated and deserved to be recognized. All three of them!

Last week I was purchasing a security door bell. Ms. Bernadette came over and we discussed the different options. She said she had the Ring, but had also read that Bling and Nest were just as good. She explained if it didn’t like my choice I could always bring it back. She explained the Home Depot extended warranty. I felt real good about my choice.

First off Electric Department employee senior by the name of John is definitely your GO-TO GUY. Knows the products and locations without hesitation like he did it all his life. Manager and customer service was always available if I had any other questions. Thank you.
