Wonderful place to get the items you need to fix up home

The store was very clean and organized, social distancing was apparent throughout the facility, my cashier Michelle was very nice, and very respectful and extremely courteous.

I went to buy a washer. The salesman, Mark, was knowledgeable, impressively patient with the customer in front of me, friendly, efficient, and made me feel that I was his number one priority when it was my turn.

This location is consistently out-of-stock of many items, isn't the cleanest, isn't as easily accessible because of all the traffic, and does not have the same level of customer service I'm used to experiencing at other locations. Even if it's farther, save yourself some trouble and drive to the next home improvement store.

LIKE SHOPPING AT HOME

As a contractor we shop 15-20 different Home Depots easy. We do a lot of online orders. Many times we are let down by the time to pull order or the order being pulled neatly or with good product etc. On this occasion at the Macedonia, Ohio Home Depot we were so thrilled because it was pulled and ready promptly but also very professionally. 2 workers in particular Bailey and Bryan went above and beyond to take care of the customer. Its refreshing to have people care and not take the easy lazy road and make sure customer is taken care of.

Generally cluttered, under staffed.

This is the best home depot in NEO. Keep up the good work. I haven't met an unfriendly worker yet.

I politely and respectfully asked five employees, who were not in the middle of something, for help locating a product and every single one was rude. I have shopped Home Depot for 20 years (usually in Streetsboro) so am not sure if it was just the Macedonia store or if people are stressed, anxious, sad and therefore rude because of the problems in our country. It was just a really negative experience.

This was my first trip to this Home Depot, and they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Someone helped me find the right painting and caulking supplies, and Bonnie helped me order a microwave without any difficulty. It was a very smooth, easy process - unlike the Macedonia Lowe’s, which is clueless and has no idea what it’s doing. I’ll be coming to this Home Depot from now on.

Store told me my tool chest was ready to pickup. I selected that store because thewthe said multiple were in stock. They said only floor model was available. They need to indicate if something is "open box", or "floor model" on a large purchase.

The team in the appliance department of this store, really know their stuff. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, professional and helpful. You cannot go wrong with Ray or Mark.

The store was clean. Majority of the employees are very helpful and courteous.

Clean store, very difficult to find help loading your car, cashiers are friendly, difficult to get through on the phone

The bear paint rep (Craig Price) and associate Shania, gave me amazing service in the paint department. Customer for life.

Mallory, in the garden center on May 7, went over and above helping me with the 15 bags of mulch, by pulling the stock, wheeling to check out and loading the back of my truck. being very friendly and courteous.

I was at my third Home Depot of the day looking for a Ring Chime. The HD website said there were 4 at the Macedonia HD. I could not find it anywhere and the cashiers could not locate one in the locked cage. When I said it was for my Mom for Mother’s Day, a woman named Terri spent time tracking the item down. She found it and it completely made my day. My Mom’s car was recently broken into in her own driveway and we were buying the doorbell and chime for her safety. Terri helped with keeping my Mom safe. Thank you so much!

everything was great

I didn't find the product I was looking for...microwave light bulbs. One of the store associates told me the ones I picked "looked like the correct size"....but when I got them home they were not. There were very long lines for checkout, but didn't take long to get through. What I didn't like was having to drive home and them come back a second time to get two light bulbs! The associate seemed friendly but not helpful.

ONLY HAD A SHORT TIME TO FIND THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED,, AND WITH THE CURRENT VIRUS GOING AROUND FOUND IT GRATIFYING TO SEE ALL THE EMPLOYEES WITH FACE MASKS. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL UNDER THESE CURRENT STRESSFUL CONDITIONS

When looking for items for your lawn or garden, find Stephen or Dennis, these two are great!

My favorite place for products I need that day and most of the time for a " fair " price . Great quality ! Good selection !

The Macedonia store always has what I need. It is also a very convenient location.
