Just wanted to say that I really appreciate the opportunities that you afford the disabled. The sales cashier named Michelle was quite pleasant.

I was shopping for a rug runner. Three stores were used in my search because no one store had enough to supply my need of this rug runner. However, Home Depot stores 6931 Aurora and 3824 Macedonia together had enough of the runner I wanted. There was great assistance in both stores.

Whenever I shop at the Home Depot there is always friendly team members, clean facility and everything I'm looking for. Thank you@Homedepot

The Macedonia store was clean I was able to find the electrical faceplate I was looking for in the color I wanted, too bad they didn’t have enough but I’m sure they were Restock soon. And I will go for more. The flooring department is outstanding many items are in stock with free samples to take home and look at I will be returning.

The employees in the flooring section were friendly, helpful, and professional. Grace helped me find the perfect carpet for my basement!

Literally go to any other home improvement store, mind you I love Home Depot but will NEVER go to this store again. After trying to find someone to help me, to the point where a lady had to page someone, the guy on his personal phone standing at the service desk finally comes over to help. We tell him what colors we want and go to pick up the couple other items (paint rollers) we need. As we are standing there waiting for our paint he refuses to service two other customer (one wants a color match that he claims to be unable to do but he color matched paint for me a year ago the second one he couldn’t help because he didn’t know how to use the 5 gallon mixing machine and told this customer to just try coming back some other time). After all this occurs he continues to play on his phone until the paint is done mixing, to which he asks do you want to see it, we say yes and it’s the wrong color...... he then mixes another one while he continues to play on his phone.

If you need something done or need help locating something. Find this woman named "Liz" that works there. Came to pick up a work bench. The first employee said it wasn't there. The 2nd employee said is on the truck and come back tomorrow. The 3rd employee "Liz" listened to what was transpireing, took action, walk backed and brought it to me on a cart and offered to help load it. No excuses just let me help you.Thats what I call service! She should be the bench mark for home depot in regards to customer service.
