This store may be small (My realtor described this store as a "baby" store) but the employees have a big heart and will help you to the ninth degree

Very helpful and knowledgeable team here. Store is well kept. I have only lived in Manchester two months and the employees already greet me on a first name basis. This store is the example other stores should strive to be.

When entering your company (Home Depot in Manchester, TN) and have passed 4 employees, which not one greeted us to Home Depot nor did they ask us if we need any assistance or finding the product that we came to Home Depot.

One employee in particular, Sheena, made my experience a great one. She put forth additional effort and won back my confidence in the sore.

My husband and I love to shop at the Home depot they always have what we are looking for. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all your help throughout our many projects.

Store was very clean. Was looking for a specific item, store associate was very helpful in getting me in the right area. Cashier was friendly and helped with checkout.

Our kids love the Kid's Workshop and have done it for years! They are always so friendly and we always end up buying something! They have cool displays!

Shopped for four dissimilar items. The associates assisted me on two of the items. They we courteous & friendly as well as helpful. My shopping trip was an excellent experience.

i generally expect to be ignored by associates at large retail stores which has become an industry standard but it is worse when an associate seems to have low regard for customers and seems to have little interest in disguising the disdain.

Best store ever! I have been to other stores across middle tennessee and this has the best customer service and most helpful employees. I have nothing bad to say about this location.

It could be said that the "big box" stores have taken the place of the local mom and pop hardware store. I think this is probably true necessarily but I also feel that this "big Box" has retained some of that hometown feel and I appreciate it. I know store associates by name and they recognize me. I appreciate that. I can always get assistance when considering the best way to conduct a project. It is a bunch of things that make this MY local Home Depot store and I would hate to lose it so I do all of my home improvement project shopping here.

I just completed the online survey but didn’t give the manager’s name with whom was so helpful as well as Roy the cashier. The manager’s name was Theresa Henderson and she was a real help to me. I do visit this store often and have purchased many things and have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Home Depot to anyone. Awesome place to shop.

Never been there that the employees were not friendly and very knowledgeable

I came in for a $3 wire brush. I had no idea where it was. Most places, I'd be told to look somewhere around aisle something or other. The people here went to the trouble of looking up exactly where my item and walking me over to it. That's the way it should be done in my opinion.

The store employees were willing and knew how to describe differences in the product brands helping me to choose my selection. The products were neat and displayed well. There was a female employee who assisted me and then she asked for assistance when she needed to. This was an extremely clean and neat store, a definite asset to this small town.
