This store is great because it is big enough to have things that I need but small enough that you get to know the employees who are always helping you with a smile. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Great store.

Good store

The product I wanted was available and I received supurb assistance from Teresa, (store manager) in helping with my purchase.(I did not know she was the store manager when she was helping me) I requested special financeing and she was more than happy to get that approved. Teresa called on help from William, (man that maintains zero turn mowers);. William checked over the floor model and loaded it onto our flatbed trailor. Teresa and I finished up the sales contract and received the booklet, key , water cleanout plug, set up sheet. William helped tie it onto the trailor and gave us some important pointers on the mower as to follow up maintanance and some quick trouble shooting information to begin with. William also told us to call him at the store anytime if we had a question or concern (days off Thursday & Friday). What great people they were to work with, right down to Will our cashier that rang up the sale. Will had a pleasing look about him and a friendly smile as he walked me through signing and saving my receipt to my email address. Will was such a pleasent young man and so helpful. Finaly, I used the ladies restroom before leaving with my new mower, that restroom was as clean as mine at home...how wonderful to go shopping and to find such caring and downhome people you don't run into every day. I felt like I was back in the day when your local hardware store owners & employees met you at the front door and walked you to the register making every effort that you got every item you came into their store for or they would tell you where you could find what you were looking for.(

The Manchester Home Depot is the place to shop for home and garden needs. The staff at this store are the best. The store has an atmosphere that is family friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile and helping hand. I truly enjoy everytime I shop here. They always have what I need.

I have found the Manchester Home Depot a great place to find so many items I need to improve my home, my lawn,etc. The associates are extremely kind and helpful, both in person and on the phone. I appreciate such a nice place to shop for those needed items. Thank you Home Depot!

I had a less than warm occurrence with an associate, Lori. I have since found out she was in management! Very sour disposition. The store is not usually busy, and if she has a lot of customer intraction, won't improve business.

I moved here from Tampa Fl and I’ve never been to such a friendly more helpful Home Depot! The employees at many others locations are inexperienced and feel bothered to help you! These employees go out of there way and I’ve been here multiple times already! This is what huge companies should make sure they are doing! Now just make it happen in all your other locations! Especially in Florida.. I love this new location!

Never crowded, close to home

Home Depot in Manchester TN employees are super nice and helpful. Store is clean and everything I needed was in stock. I was very happy with my experience at this Home Depot and from now on this will be the store I will shop at for all my household needs

Russ, the guy who helped me with the dishwasher I was looking at, was extremely friendly, patient and informative! I couldn't have asked for anybody better to have helped me!!! I highly recommend him for appliances questions and ordering help!
