It's sad to see that the values of Home Depot have gone down the drain. As a former employee we were taught to greet the customers all the time. Not only did I not get greeted but at least 7 associates walked past me without saying hello. The last couple of times with shelves being empty and thanks to the HD app, I've been able to find the product myself in the overhead. I have also called ahead for a visual stock check only to be told by the employee that it's out of stock even though the app said there was 40 on hand. I have then driven to the store and end up finding it on the shelf! Just nothing but laziness from the employees.

Mansfield is my favorite Home Depot location.

Don't ever, ever use the installation services at Home Depot. Completely inept. The worst experience I've ever had with any retail organization.

Our sales associate Hank provided exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out purchase our new fridge! If your shopping at this location - go see Hank, he is wonderful!! :)

I figured it wouldn't be a big deal going in there to find the 1"X6" trim I needed for my door, but I could not find it at all so I thought they didn't carry it....I ask Kevin to help me and he took the time to go through all of the outdoor trim but none of it matched the picture that I took. So, he had an idea and took me around to the siding area and pulled down some 1X6 trim with the beveled facing and that was exactly the perfect trim I needed. Before that... I was looking myself because I figured I could find it- but a last ditch effort I got Kevin. So I was about to leave because I thought they didn't have it!?? Thank you Kevin!!! Home Depot is really really good about helping me every time I go in.

What a piece of sh*%. Over full with sh*# in every aisle. Only self checkout nowadays. Help is scarce.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience today. The 2 employees that I had personal contact with were wonderful. The store was very clean and they had a good amount of items in stock.

I was able to find the product I was looking for and the associate was helpful in finding the correct item I needed. The employees throughout the store were helpful and friendly.

as I walked in the store I noticed masks, and social distancing was in effect. The store is always clean and free of loose debris. It seems that customer service is the nail object of all employees in this store. I commend you all a jobs well done.

6658 is a great store, with some top shelf staff. Very rare this day and time

I WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. I HAD AN ASSOCIATE TAKE CARE OF ALL MY LIGHTING NEEDS. GREAT JOB BENJAMIN. THE LADY WHO HELPED WITH MY CHECKOUT WAS SO KIND TO MY BOYS.

The employees at this store are friendly and helpful. They are much more so than other stores of this type in Mansfield.

I love it that this store will only let a limited number of people in the store due to covid 19. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Typically I love this store. It is a couple of miles farther away than my closest store, but typically prefer this one. I don’t understand why everyone is required to go thru the main entrance when no one is there counting the number of people who enter. It would have been safer for me to enter the garden area since that was all I needed. In the garden area, I had a question so I walked up to two employees - male & female - in a conversation. The female seemed annoyed with my interruption. At checkout there were 4 female employees in a conversation, I had to ask twice before being checked out.

Their are some great people in this store from the management Team to some associate , like Mr Troy , Mr GILL and now the new associate Ms Patricia at the self check out register .and of curse the store Manager Bobby they always go above beyond by taking take care of me . now the new associate Patricia at the self checkout took a lead by following a great example be giving by mr Gill, this time it was a great experienced on Friday morning . Patricia gave me her personal hand glove to protect me against CORONAVIRUS woow that was above and beyond.
