Very experienced and knowledgeable personnel separate HD from all others. In Mansfield, there are a lot of 'experts' to assist me. Ted in electrical has helped me on numerous DIY electrical projects. James in plumbing is always able to answer my questions and come up with manageable 'fixes'. David is another guy that can get me answers to just about anything. So, I just take pics of my problem and find an expert in HD to get the assistance and solution I need.

They never have enough cashiers. The lines are long, and half the time self checkout is broken. They block off aisles and no one is working there so you can't get to the stuff you want, almost every time I go.

This is the best Home Depot around the area. Although It’s not the closest one, but I drive there anyway.

We shop here a lot for our business and home. It's clean and they usually have what we need in stock. It's great to shop there for the small stuff. We're usually in and out in no time and we love to get that military discount. I'm disappointed that Home Depot doesn't allow us to use our military discount for major purchases or anything online. It's a big hassle to get service and a long wait time to make major purchases such as appliances or large tool boxes that need to be pulled from stock in this store.

Don't judge someone before communicating with them. Ken in hardware is deaf, so I was doubtful about how much he would be able to help me out. He was so knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I am so glad he was able to help me out today. Changed my point of view and really made my day!

I always get the service, product and answers I need at the Mansfield store. Very pleased with the set up,, clean store, employees and the variety of products from which to choose. It toke me a while to select the right faucet.

This store has a appliance dept manager who simply does not care... if you need help go somewhere else

the store is clean the manager Bobby is a great Guy the paint associate Ben great guy with respect, But they have this associate in customer service name Felecia who does not know how treat customers with respect and dignity , instead she look down on customers even accused them wrongly. She stereotypes customers base on how they look , the second time which today ,I respectfully told her that I do not need her help and she get mad raises her voice on me. very rude not worthy to be a customer service associate for a great company like HD. .

Today my husband needed me to go get things for our fence because he was at work. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful! Xavier, Kevin and Jorge were ESPECIALLY helpful and found me the items on my husband’s list and loaded 9 large fence panels onto our truck and made sure I would be safe driving home. They were polite and friendly! Later, I forgot something and went back and Terry was so kind to help me! We will definitely be shopping again at this store!
