This is my go to store for all my projects. The variety and wide range of products is why I shop here.

We have a home remodeling business in Mansfield, Texas. We make purchases from Home Depot daily. The employees are always very helpful if we have questions or concerns. The processing of our orders is quick and orderly. We highly recommend the Mansfield location.

The customer service is great. They take the time to understand what YOU need!

Store closing at on a weekday!!! RIDICULOUS!!! What about people that still have jobs to do? Does not give them enough time to get from work to the store!

I visited this store on a Wednesday evening and encountered four gentlemen who provided the most amazing customer service! I wish all stores had employees like these four guys. I literally wanted to hug them, they were so polite, kind, helpful, and patient with all my questions. I only got the name of three of them - shout out to Steve, Gabe, Ben. S. and the other gentleman who helped me in the lighting department! You guys rock and exemplify customer service and hospitality!

IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING OR HAVE A PROBLEM I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THE PRO DESK AND ASK FOR DEBBIE CELEY (THE GO TO PERSON WITH ALL THE ANSWERS). SHE HAS A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE STORE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK HAS SOME GOOD PEOPLE TOO.

I came in for a electric switch and wall plate i found both but two different colors it took me 15 minutes to find what i was looking for there was a associate on the same aisle i was on past me twice and never asked did i need help he never made eye contact

I had the most wonderful experience at Home Depot! A gentleman named Eric and many other helpful associates guided us in our DIY project! I will definately be returning in hopes of finding Eric and his fellow hunky associates to assist us in the future:)

Our hot water heater went down on us and the Home Depot associates, Kim and Vera were outstanding in helping us get a replacement. This was all done late on a Sunday afternoon. Because of this help we were able to get a new heater and have it installed within hours.

Great store good knowledgeable staff

The Mansfield location is not the closest Home Depot store to our home, but we choose to go there because they always seem to have exactly what it is we are looking for and in the quantities needed.

This is a great store if you dont need anything in electrical. Johnny the department head is rude and full of himself.

The store is very clean and the customer service is great. Clayton and Floyd are great employees. The store prices are very reasonable. And they are well stocked. You can find everything you need for your new home or home improvement.

Have made many trips to the Home Depot in Mansfield and have had excellent service on each visit. I had a return without a receipt and was given a store credit with no hassle. I also appreciate that Home Depot honors veterans by giving a military discount.

I have always been able to find the items that I need and some other that I was only thinking about.

I am very excited to see how this store has change for good as customer a Realestate Investors and general contractor for ten years I stop going to this store years back due to poor customer service until this year ,with the New Management team people like Troy and Bobby they turn everything around for good Thank God.
