Remember long ago when customer service actually meant something? Well Sarah Hogfoss, a Flooring Specialist is a true professional that knows how to meet the customers needs. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and courteous, really goes above and beyond. Made my night!

Mary Jo was very helpful in flooring. She found additional items that were not available on the shelf and at a lower cost. I'd recommend talking with her for your flooring needs.

I have recently shopped in the flooring department, also the garden area and paint department. The employees were very helpful and friendly and I will definitely shop there again. We are purchasing vinyl flooring and have an appointment this week to have the rooms measured.

Memorial Day weekend, I was denied my Military discount because I don’t own a smart phone.

They were most helpful last year when I had water damage to upstairs bathroom etc, And again this Spring when refrigerater leaked all over Kitchen & downstars faily room.

I bought carpet and got in on the free estimate, install and 24 month free financing. The person I worked with was wonderful!

It's easy to get here, and they always have what I need.

I ordered flooring for my home...both carpet and vinyl plank, due to water damage.

I regularly go to this store, and they are consistently helpful and friendly. They have what I need, and if they don't it's easy to order it online and deliver to this store.

We purchased new countertops and sink/facet. You had exactly what we were looking for and the pricing was great!! Next on to new appliances which we also looked at and again - you had everything we wanted - in stock.

Ordered an install of flooring

This is our fourth kitchen remodel that Dan Lucas has helped us with. Dan know's his job and he listen's very well to our needs and wants. He is very helpful with suggestions and ideas for your project. For a kitchen or bath remodel Dan Lucas is the person to do the job. As well has the promotions that Home Depot has to offer.

Home Depot is pet friendly and all associates are very welcoming and happy to see the fury little friends. The associates are very helpful and with a smile will assist you with all your questions and concerns.

The employees were very helpful and always courteous and friendly.

MARY JO IN THE FLOORING-DECOR DEPARTMENT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PERSONABLE. I ENJOYED WORKING WITH HER TO GET THE RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR OUR FLOORING PROJECT.

Poor customer service. I bought a bag of fertilizer. All wet inside and like concrete. I broke it up the best I could and tried to use it. It gummed up my spreader in 3 minutes. I was unable to spread the fertilizer. I called to ask to return and exchange the product. I was told I could not return it because I opened the bag. Because of this experience I will use one of the other hardware stores in the area. Good bye Home Depot

I experienced outstanding service from the staff member greeter at the front entrance upon my visit to the store on Friday. She showed true concern and interest in making certain that my use of a handicap scooter was handled with grace and a very welcoming attitude. Nice going Home Depot.

Although the salesperson needed to help me was busy with another customer another employee tried to help me as much as they could which was very helpful. They did not know all the answers but at least I did not have to stand around waiting. Employees were very friendly.

All the employees seemed very happy to be working there and seemed very well trained.

If you are shopping for flooring look for Mary Jo or Binton or Margo. They all know the products and are sincerely interested in helping with your buying decision -- and pleasant to deal with
