I went in the store trying to learn about the new sustainable electric mowers. I also purchased one online the day before. On 5.6.21 6:25am I met a wonderful woman who lived a great life and is doing what she loves doing. Her story is a story of truth and faith and so inspirational. We got to talking and we learned so much of the $499 ryobi 40v mower. She let me build it right out of the box. We had a few other coworkers who also helped out immensely. You have such a great talented group, just keep inspiring them. Miracles happen everyday. I went in to pick up a mower bought online in a box. I bought a more expensive one but also doubled the run time. She gave me a new way of thinking of things. So we talked and walked out to the car and we just went on with our day. Moral of long story is I went in for a electric mower my wife bought online BUT I left with a hug and friendship. Thank your team for me!

There were no employees in the garden center to assist with putting products in my cart. Once I got to the checkout, the cashier called for someone to help put the items in my car. No one responded. I waited 10 minutes, then asked her to call again. Waited another 10 minutes-still no one came. I finally loaded the mulch in my car by myself. This store has terrible customer service.

My husband and myself are seniors, its always a chore to get bagged dirt and mulch. The staff at this store in the garden center was most pleasant and very helpful. Both the cashier and the young man who loaded our car had a smile the whole time. Haven't found this kind of customer service in a long time. Thank you.

They helped me load my car without being asked. The took my load to my car so I didn't have to drive up. They showed me how to drop the back seat in my honda. I never knew it could do that. I would never have been able to fit the load in my car without leaving the trunk open. Great service!!

Great people and very clean store

Couldn’t find anyone to help in the department we were in but someone at the desk in appliances left what he was doing and knew exactly what to show us in the department we wanted. We made our purchase because he was very helpful.

If you’re in search of appliances – you must go see Helen! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fun to chat with! She knows her stuff! She made this experience easy and I appreciated that!

Associates were friendly and helpful. No one was in the department at the time but someone paged someone and in an instant I was being helped. This person was patient and answered my questions and helped me make a choice on what fit my needs.

I've shopped at this store many times. It's usually quite clean and well stocked. If you are looking for some new power tools and have questions, seek out Kim for assistance. She's has a vast array of knowledge and is extremely helpful. Every associate I encountered was quite friendly and generally happy. During these ugly times, it's nice to find people who help make your shopping experience great, and put a smile on your face.

Went to the Maple Grove Home Depot to pick up some electrical supplies for a project at home. The man working in the electrical department was the most rude person I have ever interacted with at any store anywhere. He should not be in a place where there are customers. It seemed as though we made a major inconvenience in his life by asking for some assistance. When he did help us, he gave us all of the wrong supplies and I figured it all out on my own, because I didn’t want to deal with him anymore. I can’t believe they would have someone like him working on the floor. There was a friendly person working at the front of the store, but the man in electrical really turned me off from Home Depot. He should be fired. Going to Lowe’s from now on.

Margo in flooring was a big help . I was lucky she was there the day I went in. She helped me get the right carpet for my staircase. Also recommended the pad and helped me pick out the color. Thanks Margo!

Products generally well stocked. Store is always clean and well organized.

I was looking for a limited quanity item I could not locate. Jim and Brady/Brody (sorry, I don't remember his name) were knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with my product and they both loaded my car. Great customer service during the busy holiday season in the middle of a pandemic.

Associates honor their price matching policy plus the 10% off from competitors. Great customer service. I will buy from the HD always over any competitor for sure. Their customer service is the best in my opinion.

I had a very good experience at the Home Depot in Maple Grove. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the quickness they demonstrated when I asked for help.

We entered the store to hopefully make a final decision on a refrigerator and dishwasher. In the appliance department we were greeted by Bobby K who was most friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. We felt well informed and able to proceed with our intended purchases. It was a very positive experience.

Overall most of the employees know their departments well and are very helpful.

When using the app for this store, DO NOT trust that the quantities that are listed are correct. It has happened to me a few times where it shows large quantities of items (not common items) and I get there and they have none. I could have went to another store which showed they had the items and got all the items on my list versus shopping two stores.

We were at Home Depot to order new bathroom sinks. Dan was awesome. So easy to work with.

This is an excellent flooring destination. Very large selection of both vinyl and laminate and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Ask for Jonathan in flooring. He did an outstanding job explaining the pros/cons of different types of flooring (we decided on LifeProof vinyl) and helped us both coordinate a color sample and place our custom order. He is very professional and thorough and made the process easy and comfortable.
