The lack of employees in this store negatively impacts the customers experience. We had to use self checkout as that’s the only method available. We were purchasing multiple plants and other miscellaneous items for our garden project at home. Two of the plants didn’t ring up, so the only person working the front had to get the price checks. She couldn’t find them on her handheld device and needed to get someone from the garden department to do the price check. However, other customers were needing assistance too. So this poor lady is helping multiple customers while we’re still waiting over ten minutes for a price check. After all that, we go to use our store credit as a portion of our payment. Something happens when we use it, so we need assistance again. The cashier has to make a void and now it cancels out the store credit and we’re unable to use it for this transaction. The only solution is to cancel the transaction and ring everything up again. Absolutely not - we just took our loss and decided to save the store credit for another visit. However, after this experience I’m not sure I’d want to bother going to another Home Depot again.

Clean, organized, friendly! Why go anywhere else! Home Depot has what you need!

There was a chandelier in the lighting department my future wife wanted, but there was no stock left anywhere and the only one available was the display model. Bill of the electrical/lighting department came to the rescue, received permission to remove the display model, and sold it to us. Bill is a hero.

My credit card thought it was a fraud charge!

I am a woman who is older that really is forced to work on things she knows nothing about, so when I go to a store and am offered help from each department I go into, I am so happy. Especially when I ask them for a thing a ma jidge and they know, what I'm talking about. A lot places ignore you but, if you need help , home depot in Marana is the place to go to. They were extremely nice and professional, knew what they were talking about. My new hardware place!

Cashier Lisette went above and beyond. I left in a hurry and forgot 1/2 of my paid items behind. She made sure to hold on to them until i teturned later that night. THANK YOU! Not a friend, or family member, just a customer impressed with her customer service skills.

This Home Depot will always do you right!

I bought a generator and representative Robert Wilson was very helpful and knowledgeable since the beginning.

We just moved to the area and bought a house so there are a ton of little projects and in EVERY department that I've had interaction with (hardware, painting, appliances) we have had fantastic customer service. If the person you initially ask doesn't know, they know who will.

I went in looking for a GE microwave I saw online. I couldn't find any GE microwaves. I couldn't find anyone at all to help me in the appliance department, even though I searched for 15 minutes. I asked two other associates if they could call someone to help me. They did and no one ever showed up. I left. Then I decided to get a different brand of microwave and went back and decided to get a Magic Chef microwave and I had to pull it off the shelf and put it in my cart all by myself. I never found anyone to help me. Then I had to carry it out to my car and load it myself. No one ever asked if I needed help the whole time I was in the store or when I was leaving. No one asked me if I needed help loading it into my car and I'm a disabled little old lady. This was the worst Customer Service I've ever had in my life. I will never go back to the Marana Home Depot.

I always get help from the store employees in a positive manner

Just before Memorial Day, we needed to buy a new Washer. We researched on line and then went to the Marana store. The Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire experience very easy. Will we be buying additional appliances later this year and will go to this store and this Salesman to purchase them.

While shopping for new vinyl flooring and carpeting we shopped a few competitors and found that Home Depot was worth the visit. Material costs were very reasonable, and the sales representative took her time and showing us product and explaining the comparison between materials, costs, durability, warranty issues and etc. We are looking forward to our new flooring!

I established a pro account and it was a great customer experience. Was able to establish the account, clearly understand the process and benefits and felt like the HD team was part of my business.

First time shopping in that store and found it was very well organized with a lot of selection of products and also very friendly and knowledgeable associates. I shopped in garden department and plumbing.

We just purchased new kitchen cabinets and countertops from the Marana Home Depot. We worked with Allan Blankstrom in Kitchen Design who is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and patient. He helped us make a well informed decision. We are very pleased with our purchase, including the price. I highly recommend Allan and Marana’s Home Depot to anyone considering a kitchen expansion or remodel.

Purchased a garage door, opener along with installation. The Home Depot employee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Contacted the manufacturer even when se could not answer one of my questions.

Purchased a GE microwave oven today and Dale’s associate, Flavio, was exceptional! Very knowledgeable of the ovens and very patient with all of our questions. If you need an appliance go see Flavio.

Mike and Malcom searched the entire store for the items I was looking for and made sure I got them. They deserve a raise. They truly went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Keep it up fellas.

After going to the hand tool section, and totally butchering the description of what I was looking for. Dana took me directly to the tool that I described. He was extremely courteous, treated my wife with respect and was a joy to work with.

We bought a new house and had to purchase appliances. Reggie in appliances was beyond amazing!!! I would work with her for any future orders for sure. Way to go Reggie

Gary in the cabinet department provided great service in helping us with a remodel. He has many years expertise and had great suggestions.

I appreciate this store because it caters to contractors with better inventory selection than some of the other Home Depot stores.

Anthony helped us choose an array of potted succulent arrangements for our upcoming wedding. He stayed with us, reassured us that we could keep them alive until the wedding (haha) and helped us load them, check-out, and brought to our car. He would not accept a cash tip. Anthony went above and beyond and relieved so much anxiety for my fiance and I. Thank you Anthony!

The customer service in this store is so rude about BASIC things. I came in with a dead plant in the original pot, with a receipt that was 100 days after purchase. The “policy” states I can return within a year if it dies. Customer service asks for a drivers license, which I don’t have because I walked here with my 2 yr old. She literally refuses to take the plant back and tells me to come back later RUDELY. I tell her it’s pretty difficult with a 2 year and she tells me I shouldn’t be without my driver’s license anyway. “That’s pretty bad, you don’t have your drivers license with you.” I have about $600 worth of plants I just bought that are coming back now that this judgy counterproductive issue happened. Not shopping here anymore because it’s been downhill for awhile at HD.

Needed assistance choosing the right replacement water softener. Assistant helped me right away and I was able to setup the new system at home on my own in very little time with no difficulty.

The Marana location is more familiar as I've been shopping there for the past 18 years. The employees are helpful and plenty of parts in stock. I prefer this location, even though it's 20 miles further away than my closest location.
