I have been shopping this store for well over 20 years and have always had a very satisfying experience with every employee that I have asked for help when needed. I have never been directed to the wrong location at any time. I feel that your training program must be quite extensive as your people know where and how to get customers to the right location. KUTOS to all.

The Marana Home Depot excels in having knowledgable associates that really know their department and can find even the most obscure items. Well done!

The folks at this place are very patient, sweet, and knowledgeable! I love the ambiance of the store too (smell of wood and smell from the garden center). They’re always ready to answer my questions about where things are, what products work best for my needs, and direct me to cool online resources (like garden center), when they can’t recall or aren’t familiar with something.

The best option in town when shopping for home improvement projects, and home appliances. Great service and financing options.

Bonnie in appliances is AMAZING! She knows the products and the questions to ask you to make sure you get exactly what you need for your space and your family. She will take the time you need and troubleshoot any issues that come along.

I have shopped around for appliances at 3 different home depots in Tucson and I got the best customer service at the home depot located on Costco Dr. Mary Munoz was the employee that helped me and she was AMAZING! By far the best service I have received at any home improvement store! She is very knowledgeable and sat down and took the time to explain everything I was getting and made sure it was going to work in my new kitchen. I highly recommend anyone shopping for appliances to meet with her!

It was a busy Saturday and we needed to order all out kitchen appliances, one sales associate was leaving for the day but made sure we were helped.

This store is clean, organized, stocked shelves and hands down the most helpful, happy employees in Tucson AZ!

Just know the employees don't really want to help as a general rule they duck and run. But it is clean and they usually have what you are looking for. We have shopped here for over 18 years and it is comfortable or I would go elsewhere because it has become so obvious they feel they are entitled to the clients.

Garden section was friendly and helpful

We love Home Depot! The customer service is always outstanding, but today was the best. A woman in appliances named Bonnie asked if we needed help and I joked about needing a babysitter. We have two little boys that were running all over, and she jumped right in and entertained them for us. They had a blast and it made our Home Depot experience fun.

Home Depot is a comfortable place in which to shop. The associates are knowledgeable and always willing to assist and approach in a friendly manner asking if they could help us find anything specific. This is very helpful and time saving...it's a pleasant, well- stocked store and neatly kept.

We are new homeowners who are lucky to have people close to us to help us with projects but that means lots of trips to Home Depot! The employees like Christine make it such a great pleasant experience. She’s been a plumber for 25 years and it showed when I needed help with parts. She went above and beyond! Thank

ALL self checkouts now! I walked by all the self check out stands to go to the "Pro" checkout area as I do NOT appreciate having to checkout my own purchase as well shop online at that point. I was directed to a check out station when I asked where I could go to get a live person to ring me up. It took 10 minutes for me to check out with 3 items. The console is not helpful when you have a question, and the associate that was monitoring that area was frazzled as she was helping the only other man in checkout AND talking on the phone to another associate all while trying to help me. Very difficult to talk to someone while they are gabbing on the phone and punching buttons going back and forth between stations. Ended up screwing up my transaction further. It wasn't her fault... she was the only one there to help. But how does getting rid of cashiers HELP the customer? WON'T BE BACK UNTIL CASHIERS COME BACK! People shop at stores not just for the products, but because there are LIVE PEOPLE there to help. I'll go to stores that either have cashiers, or I'll buy online from Amazon and have what I need shipped... I can always wait the next day or two with Prime.

It is a nice store close to my home. The employees seem to care about me and many ask if I could use help while waiting for my delivery. I just do not understand why when it is so close to my home and I had items shipped to the store, that it would costs me so much more to have the items shipped to my home 1 mile away. I need to buy some lumber and some other items to fix up my home, but I can't imagine how much it will cost and I only have a small car that I can't carry large items on. I think I will probably go to one of the independent lumbar yards to buy what I need from now on.
