This place is a dog park and the employees are rude. Termites in wood. Shame on this place. Absolutely disgusted.

If you’re like me a Vietnam Veteran on a fixed income you look for a simply saving at such a profitable store, without have to go through hoops of fire for such a small amount!! They don’t even thank for your service as I was wearing my Vietnam cap!! No one even looks to help me as I totally disabled and unable to walk!!

Alejandra who works at the customer service / returns needs to find a new job. She consistently has a stuck up attitude, she’s childish and agrees with customers over the items that are being returned. This being our local Home Depot has given my husband, our daughter and myself have had just downright terrible experience with this unprofessional employee. I’ve never been driven to write one of these reviews before but here I am

They always have the plants I need when I visit the store!

My family was in desperate need for a replacement oven and found the one we wanted online. We had a wonderful associate, Gary in Kitchen Design assist us. Gary made our experience such a enjoyable and positive one. I would highly recommend using Home Depot as far as kitchen improvement goes.

Me and my fiance went to purchase a regrigerator. Flavio Loaiza was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He truly is an asset to the company. He was very informative and educated us on all the refrigerators. His work ethic would help your company if you had all your employees on the same page as his.

We have always had a lot of help from your employees…they patiently answered our questions fully.

I would suggest to all persons looking for anything for the home to visit their nearest Home Depot before shopping anywhere else. Their helpful employees are the most experienced people I have ever encountered in any store, home improvement, grocery, or clothing.

The friendliest employees we have encountered at any Home Depot store. A young man named Robert from the garden section went the extra mile and printed out the manual that was missing from the grill we purchased, helped us partially disassemble it so it would fit in the car, answered all our questions, and located a missing part that we didn’t notice until we were home. Very impressed and pleased!

IEmployees were busy talking to each other instead of helping customers. Might be company policy, but for a city supposedly a Purple Heart City, employees do not seem to be aware why the award to a veteran or serviceman is awarded and want service related to be printed on card to receive 10% discount.

If you need flooring and carpet I would recommend going elsewhere. There phone system is terrible and they won't spend the money to get a dedicated person to answer the phone. Calls are disconnected and routed to the wrong department. It has taken me as long as 45 minutes to get through to flooring after 7 calls and getting disconnected. Any business you need to do and need to make calls to home depot any store in tucson, It's going to be an uphill battle reaching the person/department needed

I went to Home Depot with the intention to make a second purchase with my card. I was ecstatic that I was making a tool purchase for my hubby. But bummed because my purchase did not qualify for the free tool. There was a specific tool kit of $229.99 with a specific sku number. Only that item number qualified for the freebie. I ask the employee in the tool department if the other kit that was also for the same price qualified. He denied my request for the sku number was not the same. So I asked if it could be arranged he said no, because it is not the same sku number, that's when he raised his voice at me. Therefore, that gave me more of a reason to asked for the store manager, and he too said no!!! what a bummer! This is the second time I need assistance in that tool department and the same guy helps me,(or at least tries) and raises his voice at me. I don't know if that's how he talks but I did not appreciate him raising his voice at me!!! And another thing while he was removing the safety lock from the end cap he was complaining! about the safety devices. He didn't seem to be happy to help me at all. Hey that's what he's there, customer service!!! Other than that everyone else were friendly but that was enough to give me a bad experience. :((

I love this store. We have recently remodeled our home, and got good help on doors, windows, and floor coverings here. However, I think the prices on plants in the garden area are way too high. The associates are dependable, and often very helpful. Please think about having more affordable desert plants.

This store needs to work on customer service. If they don't know the answer they should at least try to get an answer, show a little effort.

The store is always clean, products always in stock, personnel are always VERY FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL making certain that I found what I was looking for !!

Everything I needed was in stock. The customer service representative helped me find what I was looking for. Every employee was polite and cordial. All appeared to have an interest in providing me with an excellent shopping experience.

The store was clean and organized, Employees are helpful, the store is full with materials which make it easy to find what you want.

The store was not very welcoming upon arrival. My family or myself was not greeted when entering. Throughout the shopping experience it was very difficult to find an employee and at the checkout we were made feel very much like bothersome to the employees. The cashier at self checkout was making it very obviously she wanted to scan our items which was ok but very singled out. Other customers needed help she ignored them even after they walked out

Went to this store to buy indoor flood light-style bulbs. So, so many options. There were about 3 of us who had questions so they called in an associate. This guy was great! He knew the products, explained things, showed one guy how to tell the diff between and indoor and outdoor flood. So helpful and I was confident that I was getting what I needed; no return trip! Getting pointed to the right aisle is only half the battle for us regular folks so it was so nice to have help with choosing the right product. Checkout was fast, too.
