The best home improvement store to shop ever!

I've had issues with connecting my Pro Extra Card, Kristen the cashier took her time in trying to set things correctly with connecting my Pro Extra credit card with it's perks and brought Larry George in to help with even contacting Home Depot office to help in tge correct connectivity. So thankful to both of these people!

I purchased a grill and am very pleased with it. It is great quality and appears to be made in the United States. All of the fasteners a standard and not metric. The price was great, it is model 4639 and the store had 36 in stock

This experience was better due to the fact that we had employee Nick M he was absolutely amazing. We went with a list of supplies from our contractor and he helped us out so much. We had no idea what was getting even with the list until Nick M helped us. He went above and beyond for us. We would have been in there for hours if it wasnt for him. Thank you Nick M for helping us the way that you did it was appreciated more than you even realize.

Great customer service at the Massillon Ohio store. Especially Mark M. Isaac, Regina and Billy Jo! They took very good care of us today!

Employees not very friendly. No interaction between customers and employees.

I am associated with the local Veteran organizations and work as a volunteer officer. Part of my duties are to help generate revenue for our nonprofit activities so as to be able to help the needy and youth of our community with an emphases on veteran families. I/we routinely approach local business to help us by donating goods or gift certificates for us to use to raise funds by way of raffles of baskets with goods or cards. This store is always receptive of our requests. Very well received! And we tell people that!

Great store, I feel right at home there.

I have found this store to always be clean, well organized. Needed to return things a number of times, always no hassle. I really like to use their app to find things in the store if I didn't make a list beforehand. I like to go on line and make a list, print it out and have the location information right there - really helps me to find things without walking from one end of the store to the other. Just tonight I had a very helpful young lady help me at the self check out. I couldn't find the code to scan, she found it right away, scanned it and then proceeded to scan the few other items I had; I appreciated that help!

I bought carpet(3 years ago) and tile(1 year ago) from them and I am glad I did.

Ordered a quartz 33 in double bowl sink, with the help of a salesperson in the kitchen department, for my remodel. Sink was just delivered. Can' wait to have it installed and use it!

Carolyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to be sure I was able to purchase the right things that I needed. She directed me to the correct locations in the store for my items. She was an outstanding associate!

Like others the selection is what it is and the teammates are for the most part friendly and a little helpful. It's the garbage out front of the store that is just unbelievable. I shop here enough to say just get a broom and a shovel and take care of it already. Thank you

Always friendly helpful staff! Even when I walk in looking like a dirty hobo for work or project supplies I am still greeted with respect! Always well stocked and always super clean!

Always helpful and I can get the parts I need to get my work done.

I finished in an all season room and used a special composite trim which has the color through it (white). It was so easy to work with, my project turned out perfectly! I’m so happy I came across it and decided to try it! I don’t like most finished trims or pressed wood. This material was great!

Always greeted and asked if I need help finding something.

Purchased a major appliance with gift card that was defective and my refund was in store credit so now I have almost $1800 that must be used at this location.

I have been a long-time customer of this store. They have never let me down. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've flipped a house, made four footlockers, and done innumerable projects out of this store. I've always had a good experience and on the rare occasion where I had a problem with the quality of an item, they have always made it right. I recommend this store to anyone.

Incredibly frustrating experience

Great selection and friendly staff.

I was in a bind with a flooring situation. We are relocating and working on remodeling our new house at the same time. I needed carpet, and fast. Josh, Nolan, and CJ were incredible- in talking through all my options, offering suggestions and solutions, and truly being models of exemplary customer service. I couldn’t be more thankful- I’ve been a long time Home Depot shopper, and never have been very impressed with customer service, until now. This experience has made me happy to continue being a Home Depot customer.

All my products fitted and they all worked for us. That is usual for The Hone Depot for us.

I just love how convenient it is close to home. And 93-96% of the time I find what I needed

Ask any of the employees about the cart problems. These carts would not effect able-bodied folks.
