The Employees at this Home Depot are always helpful and courteous. We have been purchasing from this store for the last 10 years and have never had a problem. An employee with the door department was especially helpful with our purchase and installation of our new front storm door. The paint department does a great job too.

The carpet department was clean and easy to find the carpet we wanted. Our salesales young lady did an awesome job. Would never have guessed she only worked in this department for 2 mos. . .

Associate William was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding desired product. He knew exactly where it was located.

Ive been shopping and buying from this store since the 1st year it opened. Always a great shopping trip here in this store and always good people to show you where the products are and they ask you if you need information on how to use it. Great store service.

The store is fine. Had a very nice gentleman help me find what i was looking for. I am very dissapointed that they did away with the cashiers and put in those self checkouts. I noticed alot of employees just walking around the store trying to look busy.

Customers who have been issued a Veterans ID Card from the Stark County Recorder, should beware that now, their card may not be valid proof of being a Veteran! I have used the Card at the Massillon Store for 6 years for the appreciated Veterans discount, but on 10/2/19, a cashier told me that this Card was not valid proof of being a Veteran? He showed me a chart of accepted Home Depot Cards (no date) that showed ONLY Retired Military, Disabled Military and Current Military? Other than those cards shown, my 2 year hitch in the Army, during Vietnam and my COUNTY issued Veterans card was apparently, not now acceptable! I complained to the store Mgr. and got the Vet discount? Since my DD214 honorable discharge paper is not on their listed approved Vet Cards now, if I brought it in for proof of being a Veteran, would I still be denied? Home Depot needs to include any and all valid Veterans ID Cards for the discount! I was not happy!

The Massillon Home Depot return employees for the most part are very rude. Looks to me like they want to stand around. I had a 2 item return on my HD charge card, very simple return, I was treated very rudely!!!

Any time I visit, the staff is more than helpful with finding what I need to complete my projects at home. There’s always someone that says hello when entering the store, and the cashiers are more than helpful when I’m finishing up.

Kristin is the most efficient cashier and was able to present savings and convenience by easily setting up a line of credit at Home Depot at checkout in just a few minutes. As a homeowner, that's a wonderful service to have. Thanks Kristin!

i always find what i need in both quality and price at this store. associates have knowledge about the depts. and can always direct me to what i am looking for. store is clean and well organized.

While the Service Desk Associates were friendly and helpful, the Self Check-Out Associate ruined the overall experience for Me. With that said, I wouldn't deter others from patronizing this location. I felt better in this instance simply returning my purchases and taking my business elsewhere.

This is my favorite store to shop for home products and I have been shopping here for many, many years now..Good store with good helpful people.

Wether your buying just scraps of wood for your youngster to nail together or a birdhouse to build and marvel at, just the two of you. Home Depot has the drawings, wood, clamps glue, nails and paint you'll find them all here . Along with even some advise if you'd like, just watch your fingers.

Your employees are you best feature and you have some of the very best in the industry. To get rid of a couple cashiers to save a few dollars will cost you many more dollars in the future. I personally have spent a lot of money at your store over the lats 5 years remodeling my home. I will simply not shop there any longer if I have to go thru self serve checkouts. I do not work there and won't run a checkout for you. Its not too bad with 1 item but a whole cart full of items doesn't work. i will simply find someplace else to shop that values my business enough to provide a customer service cash register person.

It was easy to find what I needed ant a reasonable price. The associates were helpful and friendly. The cashier was super friendly to us.

When I have a question if the person I ask does not know they find someone who does. Paint department needs to reeducate some of its employees to listed and explain. Never make a customer feel like they are stupid.

Great store... staff is always friendly when we go there. I prefer this store to the location on the strip..
