This was my second visit to the H.D. this week and both times I had the pleasure of being helped by Ulana. I can’t say enough about what an enjoyable shopping experience I had in your store on both occasions. Not only was she knowledgeable in regards to the products that H.D. offered but she was eager to help even coming up with alternate solutions for my projects. To be honest, I do a lot of shopping online because of such poor customer service at so many stores; too bad more companies don’t have employees like Ulana! Thank you!

Jon in kitchens was amazing! So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us place an order for our kitchen cabinets and I would recommend him to anyone. Customer service at it's best!

I had a very professional cashier, her name was KRISTIN, that is why I will return to home depot. Customer service needs to be improved. Can hardly find anybody to assist you.

The best home depot in the state of Ohio . I've always enjoyed going there ,they have always had what I need and more . I go to the looking for one thing and I live with more do to the great deals. Some my friends call me Mr home depot . Thanks for being our local Massillon store.

I cannot say enough about the customer service provided by Justin Scott. He was super friendly and so knowledgeable about the product. If you need any appliances, be sure to ask for Justin!

The store is always neat and clean. Associates are always available and helpful. Good selection of mdse and prices.....usually always have plenty in stock/and get what I came for.

Home Depot #3860 have some of the friendliest people who work there. Every time I go myself or with my husband, we get great customer service! There is another Home Depot in the area where we live but we prefer going to this one. People are always willing to help you and help to answer questions we may have. I would recommend this Home Depot to anyone!

Whenever I go into the store the service is excellent. Believe believe me I walk around which I usually do looking confused an associate will stop me and say can I help you LOL. I always come out of the store what exactly what I need and even improved items I thought I should get but was directed by customer service to maybe try something different. I'll ask questions and there that I was lead the wrong way. Please help me complete some pretty pretty hard projects.

At Home Depot associates are always available to assist me. Products that I come for are in stock at a reasonable price. Have good name brand products to chose from.

Everyone was very welcoming and they all were there to answer everyone of my questions. If you are in the market for any appliances ask for Terry he was the best.

I usually always am not disappointed in my trip to Home Depot. I find what I want/at a competitive price. If I have questions: associates are always willing to assist me: If if is something as simple as "which aisle is a product in?" / to needing assistance of asking questions and concerns etc.? And associates are friendly, helpful etc...and knowledgeable too. Checking out is fast and quick and cashiers are friendly and helpful as well.... A good experience at Home Depot / keep up the good work and customer service....and having good selections of mdse available to chose from/ and available too.

employees are very nice, however when they say you get a veterans discount then you get home and look at your receipt you did not receive the veterans discount. My fault happened to me twice, will look the next time.. Thank you for offering this discount.

I usually always go to "Home Depot" for my needs and can find what I want/ and a reasonable price on the items. Associates are readily available, (and if not: are paged for me) They are: friendly always and helpful. I have questions and they usually can answer them etc. I remember one time, when an associate didn't know an answer to my question/and he got on his personal cell phone and "googled" me the answer.....which I was very appreciative of.

The staff here is friendly and someone always seems to be available to help or point you in the direction of someone who can help. It has a small town feel once you walk inside the doors and that is no small undertaking for a big chain retailer!

I like this store. The employees are helpful.
