We've purchased hardwood flooring and carpeting from Kahului Home Depot and have been so pleased with staff knowledge and the installation team that did a perfect job with a difficult hardwood installation. Highly recommend the flooring department!

Need to be more attentive to mask compliance from what is effective to wearing properly. Observed many employees having ineffective masks (plastic shields, gaiters, air valve, etc) and MOST not wearing correctly: below nose, under chin, etc. I did not feel like management was enforcing this or there are consequences because it was so prevalent.

I spoke to three different employees and they all provided me with the help that I needed! Kevin from customer service was amazing with helping me problem-solve my mirror framing project problem. When we went to get epoxy glue, Jon stepped in and asked if he could help- Jon helped me find the perfect glue! After that, Jon paged lumber department and I was quickly connected with John Lei who was also very helpful in helping me figure out how to properly cut my molding to my desired frame measurements. I felt like family. Store was clean and safe and really appreciate that. I will be back next week for my next purchase!

Courteous and friendly service available almost every Department.

The store associates I dealt with were all very helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for any more. One associate walked me right to the LED outdoor lights that were on sale. Thank you. The garden associate helped me sign up for a Home Depot credit card and made sure I got all the discounts I was supposed to get for opening a new account. It was a great experience!

Most of your staff were helpful and it was easier to locate the items needed. The store was cleaned but the restroom needs more attention.

Excellent customer service. Employees were readily available to answer any questions or give directions. My sales cashier, Michele, even walked me back to show me where they cut my sheet of plywood. Very friendly and helpful. Mahalo Home Depot #1703....!!

Michael and Dave in the garden department, along with Matt in paint, were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations and made us feel very welcome and happy with our visit. I shop here about once per week and it’s a pleasure having such wonderful people to help me. Thank you!

There was a guy named Carson who was rude and did not listen and was VERY unprofessional and not helpful. He cut my carpet wrong and gave me a downgraded padding. Then I found Kim and Penny. They were AMAZING! They helped me soooo much! They are an amazing team! They even helped me tie down my enormous rolls of carpet and made sure I drove away safe and secure.

APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT (REFRIGERATORS, ETC.): SUGGEST THAT THOSE ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK BE SO MARKED, TO SAVE CUSTOMER TIME AND FRUSTRATION; AND TO SAVE EFFORT REQUIRED OF CLERKS TO GO TO THEIR TERMINAL TO CHECK STOCK STATUS!

Cher is a wonderful! She is always happy. In fact that's what my crew and I have started calling her. 90 percent of the employees are rude but she is always nice to us. Thanks Cher!

Emily at customer service was very helpful. She went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. In my experience with most customer service associates it’s easier for them to shrug off customers and tell you “this is your only option and I can’t do anything”. Emily did everything she could and exceeded my expectations. I found everything I needed thanks to the Home Depot app. The store was clean and neat. Emily also assisted me with my Consumer Credit Card application. Thank you Emily!

Very helpful associate in appliances, Carl Sorrentino, who was attentive and knowledgeable. For my money, much better than the competition in terms both of selection and staff.
