She couldn't complete a simple return. Her fiance stands next to the customer service desk while she is on duty. He just stares and intimidates.

Got the help I needed and all the product was in stock .Store manager went above and beyond to make this a pleasant shopping experience

I love the plants I bought for an open spot in my garden. Better yet, they were on sale. Cherry on the top was the garden center employee Wendy who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Wendy was very friendly and helpful!

I was asked twice while I was there if I needed help finding anything. Also, an employee retrieving shopping carts asked if I needed help loading an 8’ ladder and he did. I’m 80 years old so this gesture (without me asking) was appreciated.

Extremely great service

I ended up ordering a TuffShed after going around and around withe store, the TuffShed Area Manager and the website. I feel I should have been compensated a commission because I ended up doing all the work. For the price I paid I would have expected more customer service. I ended up providing a level foundation for fear of getting charged extra for leveling. One wall was rattled with nails from the factory and there was a Crack in the sodding from transporting. The door hinges aren't right, one of the double doors swings closed. The screws are screwed in crooked causing that. On of the hurricane anchors is screwed into the siding and not the 2x4.

I usually go to Home Depot for flowers and plants. For the most part they are in good shape and priced reasonably.

Way better then crystal lake also the hot dogs been waiting a year

Don't miss the great service at the Home Depot in McHenry IL. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help. They even provide guidance on products and getting the best prices, delivery, and more. The store is beautifully organized and the products are plentiful and easy to find. This is my favorite store for the maintenance of my home!

Training for employees in the garden department, 3 sales associates to answer my question. Cashier Lori was very polite and helpful. She is dedicated to her position and opened me a Home Depot credit card.

After 22 years of using this Home Depot, I am writing my first recommendation. What keeps me coming back is the store is well-stocked, always clean and the floor assistants are knowledgeable. I discovered Behr paint and have been using it ever since. Good stuff! Today, I bought a high-end Honda lawn mower because my last one gave 13 years of service in hard use. Quality products at Home Depot also draw me back to shop.

Was there on Friday, had some trouble checking out, Lori was quick to assist me. While trying to use a Home Depot gift card, Lori had to again assist me, until we both realized it had expired (my fault for not realizing). I finished my purchase when Lori came back over and said we were going to the service desk to see if anything could be done. I thought that was above and beyond for her to do. Geri, the manager and Lori were able to let me use my gift card, even though I had let it expire. I have always been a loyal Home Depot customer, but this really exceeded my expectations and I am very grateful to both Lori and Geri for what they did for me.

Very helpful staff and I always have no problem finding what I'm looking for.
