Great in all aspects.

Whenever I go there, either their out of what I need or the product is inferior to other stores.

Very consistent with other Home Depot stores.

The employees were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and the cashier made check out simple

I went to this Home Depot to purchase a dryer. I ended up buying a refrigerator and a stove too. My salesman helped me with all three and catered to my needs in the dryer and the way I cooked on the stove and the space for my refrigerator instead of pushing me into appliances that I didn't want. I met with other employees and they were all helpful and friendly. I will use this store for all my future needs.

Love this store!!! Great selection of plants and landscaping supplies. I can go in and quickly find what I need as well as having friendly, knowledgeable employees.

The employees were phenomenal! I just purchased a home and was very overwhelmed! They helped me every step of the way. Two younger girls helped with my daughter, Liz, Jme, and marshiana were incredible! I wish I knew the others names! I will always be shopping at this location! Great job, team!

I have been generally pleased with this store. It is clean, the selection is good and employees are generally willing to help. During my most recent visit today, I was not offered assistance by an employee while looking for a product in the tool section. I did find it on my own. Understand that this experience has been the exception. In most cases, people are there to help, but not today in the tool section. I did buy a garden hose reel and hose recently and the person in that section was most helpful and courteous. Also, the cashier asked me if I had a Home Depot card, but did not say that it was a credit card rather than a rewards card that would be scanned with each purchase. I got partway through the process, but stopped when I got to the income part. It would have been better if the cashier had explained that it is a credit card (of which I do not need more) rather than a simple scannable rewards card.

Always a pleasure to shop at the McHenry Home Depot. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

I find the Employees at McHenry Home Depot very interested in my questions. Whenever I have a project that I need advise on, I find the contractor desk very helpful. Also the employees in the individual department are helpful. If they don't know an answer to a question, they will find someone who knows.

Product was very easy to find. Love shopping online to see the product then picking it up. Also like the fact you can pay with paypal.

Employees were attentive and friendly. The store appeared clean and orderly. Nick S. , and employee at the check out registers, proved himself to be a person with a good moral compass, courteous and there for the customer. His attentiveness and honesty to observe me leave change ($50) in the dispenser and retrieve it for me as I left the store, made me that more loyal as a Home Depot customer. Great job McHenry!

This store is evenly staffed with people if you need help. The store is clean, orderly and I understand the layout. I know where to go to find things without having to ask for help most of the time.

We love coming to Home Depot for our needs...and so does our dog! The assistance is great when we need help; very knowledgeable staff. I love the friendly people. I look forward to making a visit every weekend :)

I enjoyed my shopping experience and the employees have always been friendly and go above and beyond to assist me if I need it. I really enjoy going to this store over the other one in Crystal Lake, because the difference is HUGE! Such friendly employees. And they do seem to have more items available than the C.L. store. I love this store, I really do!

Went in on Black Friday (yeah I know crazy) but had excellent experience. From the moment I walked in all employees I passed were greeting me with kind good mornings and asking if I needed assistance. Karla in the appliance department was very knowledgable and helpful on our purchase. The store appeared well stocked - no empty shelves.
