This store provides excellent customer service.

I've always been very please with the customer service that I've received at the McHenry Home Depot. They are always helpful and friendly. I've never had any issues with returns or exchanges.

The employees are friendly and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution.

I have had a few occasions where the employees here have gone way above to help me learn a new skill or help me get a piece to fix something, everyone at 5his store is always friendly and super helpful making it always a fun experience.

There are never enough employees in this store. Most of the employees you do come across don't have the answer you are looking for. I shop here strictly because of convenience.

Most home depot's have the same stuff no big surprise. What sets this store apart is the people that work there. From management to the floor cleaners they all demonstrate excellence. I've been at home depot's all over the country. McHenry Illinois home depot knocks it out of the park with there customer service.

With remodeling out kitchen we had the best experance with the Mchenry Home Depot. The associates that helped us was AWESOME we have a perfect kitchen coming with ideas we never would have thought of thanks to the design team. We will be coming back when its time to do the bath rooms.

This store was well stocked, with both merchandise and friendly staff. No need to track anyone down.

The store is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. Always has what I need and at competitive prices.

Purchased tile for backsplash and needed 3 more of the mosaic pieces to finish the job only to find out that it had been discontinued and no other store had it in stock. Had to be ordered online and sent to store. Got a store credit for the other tile I didn't use and was told I couldn't use store credit for the 3 pieces that had to be ordered! Crooks!

The store is clean and the employees are friendly & helpful. Would rate this store five stars but they added online store pickup which takes longer than going into the store and buying the item. They also upgraded their manual checkouts which are now a painful to use.

I like this store, because I always have a great experience, with many of the store associates! They have good products, great customer service! When ever you return items, there great, on re crediting ones card, or returning your money.The mangers, and assistant managers, have ALWAYS been great to me, whenever I have questions, as well! They come off very professional, to me!

The store is a good place to shop,I’m there a lot. I usually find what I’m shopping for here. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful,but like any place, there are a few bad apples that need to be weeded out,that really have no people skills.

Many times, we check online for availability of the product we need before we make a trip to the store--really like the fact that the online program gives you the location of the product. The store is clean, the associates are friendly, knowledgeable and always greet you. My husband is an Army veteran and we greatly appreciate the military discount and the associates seem very sincere when they thank him for his service, which makes the whole trip more enjoyable.

Store is always neat and everything is easy to find. The associates were all friendly and knowledgeable and would especially like to thank Dave in flooring for all his help.

I’ve had many great experiences at the store. One of the reasons we shop you’re consistently is the military discount they offer 24/7 365. Every time we’ve needed assistance, the employee on the spot was able to help us find what we needed, even though sometimes we didn’t know ourselves what we needed. Really enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in MCHENRY.

From the time that I walked into the store, I was greeted with smiles and "Can I help you". The store is always clean and I always find what I am looking for. Andre, a Team Member here at the McHenry store was extremely helpful, went above and beyond to help me with the project I was making.

Need to open registers with cashiers instead of only self check out. Spend a lot of money here to have to wait in line forever and do checkout myself.

I visit many Home Depot store in the Chicagoland area and this is by far the cleanest with a friendly and helpful staff. Good job employees at Mc Henry store #1969!

Employees do not seem to want to actually work. They want to spend time on their phones and socializing with one another - not even customers. Worst experience I have ever had in a Home Depot

Helpful kitchen designers!!!! We worked with Char Allen, she was a great listener and really helped us plan a blank space!! So thankful!! All employees greet you , are friendly and ask if you need help!!

We contracted flooring and fencing and both companies were difficult to work with. Failing to return calls and failing to schedule installation were both companies issues. But they wanted payment and took that. We seems to have been a bother to both places; after they got payment. Never again will we do this type of business where we need a third party from HD.
