have been shopping the mechanicsburg home depot since it opened. everyone is friendly and helpful in their jobs. a great experience to shop this store.

Manager Stefani was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me resolve a water heater replacement issue when the Jonestown Road store did absolutely nothing. Guess I won't be doing business with that location anymore. Jarrett and Derek were awesome too! They loaded my replacement and unloaded my faulty unit totally making this visit completely stress free. This will definitely be my go to Home Depot from now on!

Customer service on the floor at this location is nonexistent. No one ever offers to help, they just point you in the direction to look AFTER you just looked there. Then say, I guess we don't have it. BUT, I did find it somewhere else! Too many kids just chatting amongst themselves and socializing. Now military appreciation discount has turned into get the app if YOU want it. Everything is self check out at one end of the store only.

They have recycle bin for power tool battery. Returns are very easy with contractor card. Store saves me time because I can get paint mixed while getting supplied in other departments. Nancy is very Knowledgeable at contractor checkout. Barb in paint Department. Goes the extra mile to match paint. Stephanie assistant manager is very motivated and personable. She is great with the customer.

Three very helpful gentleman help me in lawn and garden this evening by loading 30 bags of mulch and 30 Stepping stones very carefully to protect my vehicle and respectful of my inability to do it myself

They have some of the products that I can't find at other stores I'm very grateful that they do carry them and I will continue to shop there for these items

No, the employees were not friendly....only slightly helpful......as usual........sigh. 'Looked like a regular hardware store. 'Had the normal unpleasant experience finding help.....felt like a second class citizen. (Read prior comments.)

I found the item that I was looking for right away. I did not have to ask for assistance, but there was someone there who asked if I needed help, and that person was very friendly. The store is very neat and clean which means a lot to me. And, yes I will go back and shop in this store in the future!
