LUMBER EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL. HAD TO GET 2 PIECES OF PLYWOOD RIPPED, WHICH WENT WELL

The store was fine but don't get in line at Amy's register. She's a completely incompetent cashier. Counted my 12 boxes of flooring three times and then rang up that I purchased 28 boxes. She apparently wasn't capable of fixing her error so I had to go to the service desk to get it straightened out. Three people got in line behind me and then left, that's how long she was taking to ring up the 12 boxes of flooring on my cart. What a joke.

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ADDRESS CUSTOMERS NOT EARING MASKS. THIS PUTS OTHER CUSTOMERS AT RISK FOR COVID

I walked in the store this morning and couples associate were offered for help. They helped me to find my needs. I will come back again.

The associate named NATE P. in the lumber department was very very helpful. I am alone, I am a widow and I have no one to help me fix things around the house. Nate P. helped me find the type of railing I needed for my porch. He gave me assistance with the size and type of screws I needed to re attach the railing. He was able to cut the railing to the size it needed to be as a replacement railing. He really knows how to treat people who are alone like me with respect and compassion. I was feeling pretty sad when I went to the store but by the time I left my spirits were really lifted because Nate P. helped me.

Keep outmutts, not service dogs. since one dog lifted its leg and urinated on a product and the owner never bothered to notify anyone. this is very unsanitary to whoever bought this item. This was not a service dog since they are highly trained not to do this .it was a mutt that the owner did not want to leave in the car so it ruined a product by urinating on it and the owner acted like nothing was wrong with it doing that.Maybe they should check like they do if you dont wear a mask.

Store is becoming neater and better stocked, but still has a way to go. Associates seemed friendly and helpful.

The associate in lumber was very unprofessional and treated me as if I was inconveniencing him by asking for his help cutting down a piece of plywood. When I got it home, I realized some of the cuts he made were multiple inches off, making some of the pieces unusable. I do not plan on going back and will be shopping at Lowe’s moving forward.

Always clean with friendly helpful staff.

Employees refusing to follow covid 19 guidelines even when requested. Specifically requested a cashier in garden to properly wear their face mask. He refused and was argumentative. Another check out employee kept their mask below their nose. Will not be revisiting this store for quite some time.
