We encountered Staurt who took time to help us. His customer service and professionalism was top notch. Upon check out Brandee was awesome! Want to say the store and shopping experience was a one start at first. But Stuart, Brandee, and Carmen made it 5 stars.

After rude experience @ Lowe’s, was so impressed with helpful, friendly Home Depot employees. Will be a loyal shopper from now on.

We had a hard time getting the assistance we needed to complete our return due to associate choosing not to help us.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Found an employee in lumber named Mike who had perfect recommendations for making our driveway porch steps barrier free and safe. Good product recommendations.

The next time you need anything related to paint, supplies or anything else go to Home Depot at bell creek and look for Jaime I’m paint. She was helpful and knowledgeable that you would not normally expect from a big box store. It is worth the trip. I used beer paint and colors.

Always find Home Depot clean and with eager-to-help employees. Was passing thru this town - needed a gift card - so was not surprised!

Store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Took extra time to help find the product I was looking for. They answered my endless questions with a smile and did not rush through or make me feel rushed.

The staff was courteous and helpful, would be making this my store to shop.

I am always greeted with smiles and asked if I need help as I wonder through the store. In particular there is a cashier that treats me like an old friend every time I see her. I appreciate this kind of service, especially from a "big box" store. I sure don't receive that kind of treatment from any other large scale stores I visit.

Store manager is rude and does not care about their employees or customers. I will never give him anymore of my business. After speaking to a few employees they all said he his the biggest problem. I’d rather drive an hour to another store before I come back here.

Bob at the Pro Desk was very helpful and patient while on the phone. Just moved into a new farm house and needed supplies. He was patient as my wife had to console our 7mth old son. He was kind and professional. Awesome Customer service. Keep up the good work!

The staff at this store are generally helpful, cordial, and professional. So many stores do not provide decent customer service, but here, they go out of their way to help the customer!

We had a great experience at the Bell Creek Rd. Home Depot. We were in the market for a chestt freezer. The on the floor was damaged but Jeff helped us find a better option on the computer. If you need an appliance make sure you look for Jeff. He was extremely helpful.

My experience while shopping at the Mechanicksville Home Depot was very pleasant. All the employees were complying with wearing masks to help keep the customers and themselves safe from Covid-19. If the customers that don’t choose to wear a mask would do so for respect of those not trying to get COVID-19 would make my shopping experience a lot more pleasurable .
