The paint area folks were great! They were efficient in handling the many customers. Our cashier, Linda, was the sweetest!!

Buyers be mindful when purchasing in store at HD. If the product goes on sale "online" with Home Depot, your local store will not price match their own product. Keep in mind, even if the product is on their shelf, in their store. Might be wise to purchase online only. I have missed out on 110.00 difference because of not knowing this information- might be worth HD including this info on the back of their in store receipts. Needless to say, I was planning on purchasing 3 more sets today - will not be happening.

I was in a very busy store and they were not enforcing face coverings. I counted at least a dozen people without masks. The cashiers were not wiping registers between customers, and they were not monitoring entrances and exits. In addition, they had a very poor selection of, and haphazard display of patio furniture and grills. A disappointing experience all around.

Mulch corral was locked on a Sunday afternoon. I was expected to haul 30 bags of mulch in carts from back of garden center! Went to Lowe’s and loaded it straight into my truck. Management needs to do a better job scheduling!

There was a complete lack of awareness and actions for COVID-19. No disinfecting supplies were in use or available. The wipes stand was empty and the empty container actually removed so someone knew it was empty. We brought it to management attention and they said they would fix it and then continued to do what they were doing. Lots of staff was standing around but no one was disinfecting anything. We were told the carts were disinfected each night, which meant there were 8 hours of customers before us. Masks for staff were definitely optional and almost exclusively missing. A bad plan poorly executed.

This was my second time visiting this location and I must say they have some AWESOME employees ! Sharon which host handy workshops is amazing. As a woman it’s nice being able to get assistance about a tool from a woman. They tend to be more understanding and she was just that and more. The store is clean and tidy and from what I see all the employees are helpful and very nice.

The only complaint I have about the store is that it’s not closer to my home. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I passed other home-improvement stores because I know I can always find what I’m looking for at The Home Depot has a good price.

Brock and David in paint dept ROCK!! So friendly and helpful. Walked me through everything I needed, lots of helpful tips. Bradee cashier was so friendly. Really love going ti this store, suck a home time sevice level.
