store managers need to be on sales floor running the show instead of being in the office , overseeing employees and make sure they are helping customers instead of hiding to get out of work. sure profit is important but if customers are dissatisfied they won't come back and your shut down

I would like to say that there are such wonderful kind and helpful people at the home depot; when I check out the cashier is always so kind and respectful..Thank you for being such a wonderful store I don't know what we would do with out home depot .

We love Homedepot. My husband does a lot of fixing up to our home, ad always chooses to use this store. He also does woodworking ie, building furniture pieces. We are always needing something or replace something in our home; ad he always go to Homedepot. He says he knows he can find it there. It is very convenient to us, ad that is a plus also! You might say we are Customers for life.

Employees were pleasant when greeting you and immediately willing to help. Dave P in appliances was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable and quickly assisted in helping to find appliances that financially suited your budget. The store was clean and items were easily found. Even during the busiest time of the day employees had a smile on their face and was very willing to help.

Great Store

I have had good & bad experiences at this Home Depot store. More recently the customer experience has mostly been very positive. The associates that I have encountered in flooring, home improvement wall coverings & last evening in lighting options inside & out were courteous, knowledgeable & timely with their assistance. I would recommend this store to family & friends & encourage anyone to fill out customer service surveys about your experiences good or not so good. Positive feedback will assist in acknowledging great associates and the other will help facilitate improvements where needed.

The store was clean and the checkout out staff was ready, willing and pleasant to get your items processed.

Recently needed assorted parts for a pressure washer. Cornell at this location assisted greatly.
