This store is always clean and people are very friendly and helpful.

Clean all the merchandise off the cart that are blocking the isles.

Be careful in the store. Allot of merchandise on display in the isle at at the front of the store. Hard to walk around. Allot of carts in the isles loaded with orders. The store was not clean.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in any home depot before. I recently move to Middletown, Ct and my husband and I are buying different things to fix up our new home. I went into this home depot to return an item no longer needed because we got a bigger one. I then went to pick up a few items and there were employees driving through the aisle. I ask one of them a question about finding an item. The employee had to call on the coworker driving the vehicle 3! Times to get his attention that she was assisting me because he was not focus while driving but instead busy talking to another associate behind walking. After the associate call the third time out to Greg I think was the name he then turn and say oh I "saw it". Not I saw her, or I saw the young lady, or I saw the person but I was address as "it". I calmly took a breath and thank the lady for assisting me on finding the item and aisle I needed and I just brought what I had in hand and left the store without my other items feeling offended.

The two associatea Mark and Matt were so helpful I was very grateful for their knowledge and expertise. I will shsh here again soon!

Middletown store is clean,workers were friendly and very helpful. Didn’t shop around today, went for a dryer and purchased it and brought home. Set up & will try using it the next few days.

From the cashier to the gentleman in the tool area it was probably one of my better experiences at Home Depot

I often need assistance when I come to make it to the right section and where my needed item is so it is nice to be greeted by Bud...I have the pleasure of having someone of knowledge help me...the store is clean and organized and CS is always there to help

Great neat store! Few minutes down the street from my house and they always seem to have what I need or I can just order it up with pretty fast shipping and just pick it up at the store, which I love! Keep up all the great work guys.

Staff at Home Depot are super friendly and helpful. Our oven range failed just before the holidays and Kellyann from the appliance section helped us get a replacement in time for Christmas dinner!

I couldn't find the product I wanted on the shelf and there was something else in it's spot. I flagged down an employee, Paul, and he went out of his way to not only find me the item, but to re-stock the shelf correctly.

Found what I needed. Associate was very helpful. Every time I go to Home Depot it is clean. For the most part the associates are friendly and helpful.

This store has some really rude and cocky employees. Aisles are crammed with stuff on a regular basis and you can’t get to areas you would like to. Often times have aisles closed at peak times of the day.

Friendly, helpful and patient employees. Of the items I was looking for, those that were in stock were easy to find. Assistance was provided immediately. Store was a bit cluttered due to labor day customer volume, but overall clean.

The associate in kitchen department was more than helpful from the start of an idea to execution of a cabinet order. She was able to explain the process to me including an at home measure, then back in store for a 3D view, discussion of cabinet styles, and follow through explaining all available discounts, PRO DESK option, and what to expect once cabinets arrived. She was attentive to my needs and I am pleased with the entire HD experience at this location to include check out cashier who again took the time to verify the order and make sure I was happy.

The employee are friendly and willing to help in every way possible.They are willing to walk you to where you need to go to find a item. They also have knowledge about the product your buying. that's real inportant. Keep up the good work.

It is a fine store but I wish they carried more products but it has great managers that are helpful one in particular his name is richard .there are two of them but one is always on the floor doing things.he is about 6ft2 big built.great manager .

I must say that this store is absolutely amazing the customer service has been great every employee in the store is awesome and I really think Home Depot for doing the quality job and providing good employees that go the extra mile for the customers thank you very much to Home Depot last but not least your employees it means a lot to me to come to a store that is very helpful

The store is neat and clean. There is always an employee available to assist you, if needed. The checkout process is quick and cashiers are always friendly

Aluminum coil stock is sometimes tampered with. Someone buys a roll, cuts off 10 feet or so, repackages it pretty, and returns it. Look inside box, make sure orange tape is aligned well, if in doubt have employee open box. This will save you a return visit.
