My wife and I have a baby on the way and needed to find a new refrigerator right away knowing the baby can come any day now and our old one stopped working randomly. Customer service was great and we love the new fridge. So many options in store it was hard to decide. Thankfully the worker Jamey in appliances helped us with loads of great information. Honestly a breath of fresh air having such great customer service somewhere now a days!

I had great help from a manager regarding service on my snowblower. In addition, the help desk assisted me on my purchase of a bathroom vanity and its storage until a contractor was ready.

I bought a foreclosure back in May 2022 and it needed just about everything! My first major purchase was flooring and Alexis was amazingly helpful. A few days later, Scruffy designed my kitchen and Shay helped me select appliances to fit my new kitchen style! I have shopped at the local Home Depot for a long time but it was the first time I really worked with an associate on anything major. I am now down to the details and window treatments are my next order… Alexis and I have already talked and my windows have all been measured. The whole experience has been enjoyable and they’re all helped me create the home I pictured in my mind’s eye! Thank you so much!!!! I’m not planning to renovate another home again but if I do, Home Depot is my “go to” for sure!!!

Engaged staff and clean store.The Steves’ in tool rental were top notch. Great examples of employees that care. Give those guys a raise before someone else recruits them. It’s not often you find workers like them!! The Jeldwen display in Millworks was amazing

Over the last few months I have been doing some home improvements. Had new doors installed, and remodeling the bathroom. Every employee has been helpful throughout this process. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go that little extra to make your shopping experience better.

We have always found the Midland. Michigan Home Depot to be staffed with people who know their products, and provide the highest levels of customer service. This has been our GO TO home improvement store for almost 20 years, and will continue to be for the future.

A lot of objects to walk around and to try and get to things I was looking at sometimes was difficult

Just coming into this store is fun. Friendly staff and always are nice and have great stories to tell, asking about your day or just having a nice conversation with them. To me that is what customer service is about! Great service! Makes you feel welcome even if you are just browsing!

My husband and I have gone to a couple other stores looking for the correct parts for our home improvement project, and were completely satisfied with the customer service the employee gave us while at this store. He stuck with us until we were completely comfortable with making sure we had the correct parts.

The directions said to not include customer service but I understand that to mean negative experiences. Please permit me to showcase one of the best customer experiences I have had. Janice was extremely helpful, understanding, and compassionate on my latest shopping trip. I recently had a surgery that came with restrictions during this recovery phase. She helped herself and coordinated others to help me. I greatly appreciate people like that. I'm not going to detail what I purchased as the box stores all have comparable items. What they don't all have is this type of customer service!

I dealt with 5 store employees today in different departments and the cashier and had a wonderful experience with each of them. They all offered help, listened well, and were able to answer each of my questions. Best customer service I have seen since Covid anywhere.

Was loading mason blocks without gloves and an employee came right over to help me. Friendly staff and Great service.

Made my 6 year old grandsons day by bringing him an apron with his name on it, hat, building kit and a sucker. The ladies (Working at customer service) we’re so sweet to him.
