This store is always clean and usually well stocked for the most part. Finding help can sometimes be a challenge, but when you locate someone, they are usually helpful. John in the specialty area is particularly helpful and I always make note if I see him on duty, in case I need assistance while I am there. He has worked at this location for several years and he has helped us in probably every department, including every specialty area from tile and flooring to kitchens and garage doors.

I found the products what i need. Yes I can if i need. Assistance offered to help me i told him no. I know what product i need. The store clean as well. Associates are friendly and helpful.

The store was clean. The shelves were full. Help was always available. Being a military veteran I get a 10% discount, but the employees still thank me for my service, it is nice when somebody remembers to say “thank you for your service.”

The employees are real good at their jobs and very good to their customers. Hope they stay with Home Depot a long time, we will. Always able to get what we need to rebuild our home that we lost in the flood last May. I hope the appliances will be on sale when we are getting ready to move in later this year.

Of all the departments in your Midland, Michigan location, your windows and doors department has been the most helpful over the last 16 years. Of course good products help, but what sets this department apart is the staff which in all my dealings have been great. Your associate, John Losey, was particularly helpful in getting a replacement window for a window purchased in 2005, and to my surprise, at no charge. And for an entry door that had blinds between the panes, that I mistakenly thought I had bought there, John helped me order a replacement pane for it as well after he informed me that one company makes all those panes. He was not only knowledgeable, but very courteous and friendly. Too bad you cannot clone him.

The store was clean and organized. I was greeted by a staff member working the returns register when I walked in. A gentleman working the paint counter helped me look up where to find wind chimes and Gini at checkout was just as friendly as she could be. Thank you for always going above and beyond! Yoir entire staff have handled the flooding and COVID like champs! I will always shop at the Home Depot!

ALWAYS FRIENDLY ALWAYS HELPFUL

I am a 69 year old with bad knees. Normally I have excellent experiences everytime I shop at Home Depot. I love the app and its map function that tells me if an item I want is in stock and exactly where to find it. This means a lot to me as I get to plan my route shopping for the least amount of walking. Clean store, very helpful employees, as a rule, things I need at reasonable prices. What more can an old handyman want?!

We recently visited The Home Depot store in Midland, employees were very helpful and worked with us to make sure we had the right products to finish some of our home improvements. Store was clean, employees were friendly, and it was a great shopping experience.

The staff in the store is always helpful and very friendly.

Anthony was fabulous. He helped me throughout the entire shopping trip including cutting trim and drywall and loading my car.

They do not enforce wearing masks.

The Midland store has an exelent choice of products, straight lumber, and everything to keep a DIY busy and happy to rerurn.

I live in Gladwin and I can have three Home Depot that are about equal distance from me. I chose to shop at Home Depot Midland because the employees are the best. They are always willing to answer any questions I may have and if they aren’t sure what I’m describing, they will find someone who does. I’m a senior and sometimes have difficulty walking, I have had employees offer to take my cart for me or help me with whatever I need and are friendly and courteous. I always feel welcome at this location. I would personally like to acknowledge John, Amy and Brandon for always being so helpful and kind.

I went to the store for a couple of things a replacement D-handle for my snow shovel, and an 8 foot ladder. I was greeted at the door by a salesperson, they informed me they didn't have the D-handle for my snow shovel and told me where the ladders were. I found the ladders, they were exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. Check out was a breeze. The sales people that I dealt with we're polite and knowledgeable, and Dana at the cash register made check out a breeze. I was very satisfied with my whole shopping experience. When I need more home improvement products I'm going back to Home Depot.

Overall, I enjoy Home Depot over the other similar vendors. All in all, a clean, wholesome enjoyable experience when purchasing goods here! Did you find the products you were looking for easily? Great staff, great store, can't say enough about the customer service. Home Depot's customer service is second to none, it's not even close; they blow the competition away in this aspect. Always has what I need, good quality products, and always has someone who knows what they're doing. If there ever is a problem, it is taken care of in some way, shape, or form - no questions asked. That's why I always shop at Home Depot.
