Be prepared to Wander Around to some extent as when you want help it is very hard to find assistance !!!

They always have what I'm looking for and the associates are always helpful and friendly!

Customer Service at this store is the best! If they don't have the item you need, they will work very hard to get it for you! Make sure to ask for James!

The COVID unit of our hospital is full. We went to the store this morning - - 8 AM, Sunday morning, and at least 10 employees were not wearing their masks. Two customers entered without masks. Fire the store manager because he is not doing his job. Out of support for hospital workers, I will not be shopping at the Home Depot any more.

I've shopped at this store since it opened and never had a bad experience. The store is clean, organized, and staff helpful. Management is exceptional.....i had been short a few treated wood boards and rushed to the store before it closed, and as i began to pay i discovered i had forgot my wallet. The manager recognized me as a frequent flyer and told me to proceed. I was floored and told all my friends about a store which really is customer focused and building a good reputation in our community!!

My wife and I went to the Home Depot in Midland, Michigan so we could get great-looking pointsettias for you mom and our elderly neighbor. When we got there, they had a great deal on the Christmas flowers and also great deals on outside arrangements for my parents' and little sisters graves for the holidays. This store always has what I need or want and the staff is so friendly and the prices are so much better than other competitors.

Awesome experience today from the moment I opened my hatch to get my return ( I bought wrong one ) They offered to help me unload, return was easy, they helped me find the right item I needed, very friendly check out ( Thank you Gini ) they offered to help me carry out my purchase as well! I required help in the electrical department and the gentleman that was working that area was amazing! The store itself was clean, well-ordered and easy to navigate around. Staff was visible at all times and all seemed happy to be of assistance

Had to buy some 60 pound bags of cement which were all in stock. The cashier had help at the checkout within seconds to assist me in loading the cement into my vehicle. Very helpful and friendly group working at this Home Depot. Thank you for your assistance.

I picked up my on line order today and HD did a great job getting it, locating new items to help the project go easier and helping me to load the items in my car.

Your store is very clean, however, with so many salespeople in the store, we could not find someone to assist us with lifting a toilet! Very disappointed.

This store is okay for me, but I get frustrated with the online web site because it will not allow me change my location whenever I go to Home Depot.com. It defaults to the Bay City location which I do not use & will not let me change it. I prefer to shop online before going to the store to make sure the items I am buying are available. The web site seems to ignore the Midland store location.

I went shopping for my Father’s Day gift knowing that I wanted drill-driver/ impact-driver combo but hadn’t decided which brand. Thanks to a very helpful and knowledgeable department employee we discussed many options and costs. I decided that the Rigid would fit my needs. Thanks for the help.

Store was out of item I was looking for except for the display. Employee found the parts and gave me a discount on it.

One comment on Home Depot that I would like to make is that the associates in the store, especially the cashiers at the self check out counters are very efficient and helpful. They are pleasant in manner and do a very good job helping me check out items if I have a problem.

Home Depot employees practice their policy of customer satisfaction is very important.

We were able to find the product we wanted but needed assistance in getting them from overhead. It seems all the home improvement stores take 20-30 minutes to get assistance.

this store is the best I've seen, clean, large variety of goods and employees that are polite and always ready and willing to help.
