Product was delivered without all the parts which made it useless. I don't care to hear why the system can't pick up and deliver a COMPLETE product. Find ways to make it happen

I bought this vanity top I know you can't believe the price

I purchase large quantities of material on a bi-monthly basis. When my orders get routed through this store it is always a nightmare. Missing or damaged material, canceled deliveries and very little if any accountability with the staff. The managers seem only capable in putting out fires and don’t seem to talk to each other so prepare to spend hours on hold if you ever have an issue with them.

Kim does an excellent job of making shopping at this location a pleasant experience. He cares about customers & employees. He strives to lead by example & open to suggestions.

I was shopping for landscaping items for our hotel property Downtown and was looking to be in and out quickly. I was greeted by Jerri in the lawn and garden department, and she was not only amazing but also could tell she enjoyed her job. She was one of the best I have seen in a great while!

All appliances for a new kitchen purchased. The house is old with narrow doorways and we needed advice as to what would fit and also look great and be functional. We had great help from staff and secured some bargains along the way!

I brought a product from an online order that was delivered to my house to return in store, and because of system errors they made me stand there for 30 minutes and accused me of trying to steal the product from within the store when I was literally just trying to return it for $12. I am never returning

Donnie in customer service makes the entire experience frustrating and dreadful. As he was the only cashier open we literally drove to another location just so we didn’t have to deal with his unpleasant, snappy, irritatied demeanor.

I had our friendly handyman purchase material and Pat was so kind, pleasant, and helpful with our transaction. She updated our Pro Rewards & made sure we we served with polite, caring, smiling face.

I came in looking for a very specific screw and the employees were so helpful!! Germaine and Jasmine went above and beyond! They searched so hard to find the exact screw I needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I'm so happy every time Tom Teeple is working. He makes some of the confusing sections of the store easy with his knowledge of ALL sections. I tend to spend more money on quality items with 100% satisfaction after consulting with Tom.

I visited the store yesterday I hadn't been there in a while every employee I encountered with pleasant and knowledgeable at the department they were in employee meetings must be working

I bought a huge toolbox for my son's highschool graduation since he got a job at a VW dealership and is working on his mechanic certification. It took three guys, Mitch, Denzel, and Julian to get it into my vehicle. They were so kind, professional and hard working. They definately went above and beyond what they were required to do in order to help me. As far as the toolbox is concerned, I have no idea if it's a good toolbox or not. I know nothing about tool boxes. All I know is that it's huge and I have no idea why anyone would need a toolbox this gigantic.

Rita was above and beyond helpful with departments outside her own in appliances. She helped me with questions about a kitchen faucet and lighting escorting me to both areas of the store. She is a true asset to the team at the mid-town store in KC.

I visit this store frequently for work purposes and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Great store. I have shopped there as far back as when the store first opened. I enjoy it very much having a Neighborhood Home Depot.

Where else can you actually be heard and addressed about a concern when purchasing a tool??

Rebecca in painting is amazing!!! There was a horrible snowstorm and the people in Tommy didn’t show up but she came from painting and helped us to find what we needed there. We had no water in the building and the tenants would have been without water if we did not find the right part. Rebecca doesn’t even work in plumbing but she helped us find the right part and completely saved the day!!!

After paying for drink and candy and getting cash back I am walking out with receipt in hand when some lady with glasses yells i need my merchandise back which makes me want to yell back and say i have paid for the drink and candy
