THEY ARE MESSY AND UNORGANIZED. TUFF$HED IS A JOKE WITH PROMISES....FROM APRIL UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST FOR A 10x20 VERY SMALL GARAGE...IT WAS VERY CHEEZY ....AND "GABE" AT HOME DEPOT WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! I ADVISE EVERYONE, NEVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT "GABE" OR TUFF $HEDDY....DON'T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME!

Great midtown store. Its always busy but Im in and out usually w no problems. They do a good job. Always helpful associates when I need something specific.

Always have trouble doing sale by phone on a commercial home depot account, never have trouble anywhere else

Today I went to pick up my online order. As far as the service in-store, there were no issues. My issues are with the product. I purchased the Philips Hue Lighstrip Plus starter kit at $89.97, upone opening the package, not only was the Lighstrip & bridge dirty, there were pieces of hair inside the box, ON TOP of the actual Lighstrip missing it's 3M backing AND the cover of the lightstrip was bent & damaged. Not sure how this was put back on the shelf at full price, but I am DEFINITELY frustrated.

Paid $150 on dishwasher installation that hasn't happened. Been on hold for several hours over the past week. Nobody can figure out how to get someone over here to install this thing. This is ridiculous. I want my money back.

The customer service is great. The store is very clean and organized with a wide variety of items and brands, many in-stock supplies.

The evening staff is lazy and accommodating and this goes years back. The fact that self checkouts are their primary form of getting out of there is sickening. Greedy store.

this store has a sales associate name "RITA" who works in lighting and she should NOT be working in any form of customer service. She is rude, very disrespectful and unprofessional and her combative demeanor will ensure I consider other options before visiting this store EVER again

Worst home depot I've ever been to. They don't do contractors sales by phone after 6pm. I've never had this issue at any other home depot's.

Ask for Jojo if you're buying an appliance! She is knowledgeable and patient.

This store has always been useful and people there helpful but today was different. I interacted with three employees today. Each and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Each one added to what the other had done to make sure I got the best product for the best deal for what I needed to do. By the end of it’ll the visit it was one of my fastest experiences and they saved me over $120. I was very very pleased. This is one loyal customer now.

The people in this store were so ready to help me find and succeed. Great employees! ❤

Great location and good contractor source but rude rude employees. Lots of attitude and poor manners

I shop at this store often. This time I needed two longer sized bolts (which another store did not have). The associate took the one I had, and within minutes found the ones I needed. I also needed a wooden shelf for the bathroom cabinet - small & odd sized. The associate found the oak board I needed and cut it perfectly. Both were helpful and personable. Another great shopping experience.

Best customer service at this location. Always someone willing to help and cashiers that are fast friendly and accurate. The food trucks pretty good too and Renee makes the best coffee delivers it with a smile. My favorite home improvement store.

Audrey is absolutely the best ever, surprisingly good. At any home improvement store, I always look for a 50+ employee to know what's going on because most of the rest don't. This store has a great location, surrounded by Costco, fast food, and 7-Eleven.

The store was nice and friendly unlike others. Self checkout is hard but some associates know what to do and that one is Mikey or Micheal R. He knew I looked confused and rushed over to help with my purchase

Found product easily. Assistance was easily found and problem solve. Store was very clean. Associates were very friendly and helpful.

This store is the busiest Home Depot I’ve ever been to. If you arrive between 7AM and 9:30, the store is packed with contractors and handymen and electricians and plumbers. The cashiers do there very best to get people checked out so even the long lines aren’t too bad. Generally speaking, there is someone around to help with questions, when needed.

My experience was excellent! There were many bathroom vanities on the floor to choose from at a very reasonable price. The employee in the bathroom department was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even measured the items to see if they would fit into my car! I felt that she went above and beyond in service.

This is my go to store for anything that has to do with things for my home. The employees are helpful and even go out of their way to help the customers. I have found what I needed about 95% of the time.

Not enough help, workers seemed to be just standing around complaining about eating lunch, self check out was not working lines were too long, and when asked for help the woman seemed like she had an attitude.

Only thing that turned me off was at the time I was about to checkout - there were only self checkouts. There should always be a clerk in the event a customer isn't able to enter coupons etc. Other than that great store and staff.
