Rebecca in painting is amazing!!! There was a horrible snowstorm and the people in plumbing didn’t show up but she came from painting and helped us to find what we needed there. We had no water in the building and the tenants would have been without water if we did not find the right part. Rebecca doesn’t even work in plumbing but she helped us find the right part and completely saved the day!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this store, simply exempliary.

I had to brave the dreaded returns line. It went quicker than usual and Nyasha was a rockstart! She was very Poite, friendly, we joked and laughed.. She made the shopping experience manageable.

This store has consistenly been problematic and flat out refuses to assist customers. I was expected to get my own cart from the parking lot, get products off high shelves, and check myself out. If you want to be treated like you're an inconvenience to the employees - this is your place. They make you feel like you're bothering them and interrupting their conversations with each other.

Couldn't be more pleased with the help I received from Christina, and Alexa from the Garden/Christmas Lighting Dept. along with an anonymous employee from another dept.! It was a busy day and they took time to help me with my need!

Best experience I’ve had anywhere. Home Depot has hired some amazing people. Keep up the good work.

The Midtown Home Depot has friendly staff in the lumber department. If you stop by needing lumber or any other item related, go see Kim Long. He is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you even if you are not sure exactly what it is you need, he will help you figure it out! Way to go, Kim!

This HD might not be in greatest area but they far exceeded every other HD I've been to. I will make drive back to this store when I need something again rather than the two closer to me

I'm so happy to have a Home Depot located in Midtown Kansas City. It's so rare to have a large store like this in the city. It helps us avoid driving to the suburbs to shop.

I came to this store looking for a few things, and brought my dog. Everyone I came in contact with asking for help was friendly and helpful. The customer service at this location alone is the reason I’ll come back to shop here again.

On 7/31/22 My husband and I had the best experience with two of the most wonderful among many employees at Linwood location. The service they showed us was overwhelming. 1st off Nick Bebe...I swear I hope for his assistant every time we enter the store. He is a true spirited people person. The willingness to provide good service he excels. 2nd Shantell, the cashier is a happy and very polite lady. Shantelle was willing to talk to the credit card company for us (yawl know how that is) she was perfect at executing the call and our transaction. Overall, we say thank you Nick & Shantelle for being our shinning stars and excellent team players for Home Depot.

Our washing machine went berserk. Control panel. I called and spoke to Audrey. She told me what was on sale, but then did research between my call and my arrival at the store. She asked me a few questions and narrowed down the best options. She showed me the machine and then introduced me to YaYa who walked me through payment, delivery, etc. Both were incredibly helpful.

I shop at this store 7 days a week being a small business owner. The only thing I would change is have one person that is knowledgeable about we're the plumbing parts are. Oh ya and more registers open.

EXCELLENT customer service: Bought a washer-dryer, had a mixup with whether we wanted installation, had to cancel delivery, figure out installation(successfully) , and re-purchase. It was a lot of steps, a lot of calls, and effort in contacting warehouse. Yaya in appliances was WONDERFUL. So was a man whom I only talked to on the phone in the evenings. Sorry to say I forgot his name but he was amazingly knowledgeable and set us on a good course by describing next steps clearly.

Helped me tremendously

I had a paint mismatch issue, and after getting back in the store with the culprits Chris was quick to personally assess, test, and find an even better solution for my project. He listened to everything I said without interrupting, spoke to me like a human, and really took his time to make sure that I left the store with the right color of paint at a price that made up for the mishap. In short- Chris Riggins is a legend and I wish I could consult with him on every trip to Home Depot. Thanks Chris!

Nic one of the associates in the pipe/fittings aisle was beyond amazing. He assisted me with creating a bench from scratch from start to finish. Thank you!

Crowded. Filthy. Poorly stocked. Lots of staff, but I'm not sure what they're there for because they avoid helping anyone. Checkout is always a nightmare. Customer service/returns is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

This was one of the best trips to HD for paint. It's usually just an average day just going around picking-up material for my crews. That day in particular was turned into a great day. Ask for Mr. Tart, the department supervisor. I hope your trip will be as fun as mine :)

Something fascinating on every isle! I have to keep focused on what I came for, but I'm always getting new ideas from the great products I see at Home Depot in Midtown Kansas City! Great place to shop; wonderful and helpful associates!
