This was in the middle of the aisle past end cap with special pricing 9.97 each.. says pack of 6 next to the sku# was told by 2 employees that was each light.. Bought 4 pack in aisle for 24$ these were not and not dusted or cleaned like trying to get rid of stock.. after going home feeling like didn’t get my customer service deserved called manager who asked for sku# went to check and came back saying he could adjust my cost if I came back.. and I told him I just wanted to check to see if wrong price.. we both became frustrated and i ended the call woth keep up the hard work

Easy fast check out clean store

There isn't a Home Depot close to home so I am forced to regularly shop a big box competitor. Comparitvely, Home Depot has much better selection and the customer service is head and sholders above the other. James in the Modesto store was a rock star. It is 80 miles from home but worth it!

Excellent costumer service, Brenda was very helpful and very attentive.

Love shopping at the Home Depot,, but,, do not try to returning anything, like a door, without a receipt, or you will end up with a door you don't need. Enjoy your shopping!!!

I was renovating my first new home and couldn’t decide what materials I will get. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff that explained the difference of the compared materials I wanted to purchased. They took time to make sure I got the materials I need.

Was able to zip in and out of the Modesto store with everything on my list which is a first in a long time. The simple parts for a down spout were available, the plants and flowers were healthy and abundant. The gal at the checkout, Amy absolutely made our day. Thank you

I will never shop at this Home Depot again.

Had a bad experience waited 30 mins before clerk showed up to unlock blower cage. Went to check out only one cashier. Ask why one. Was told 9 employees called in sick. And self check was taken out. So waited a long time took over 1 hour to buy one blower.

There are never any knowledgeable people in each department

I will never shop in this location again. I spent a good 30 minutes in the store without any employee interaction. One employee I saw was not very courteous to the customer so I avoided asking him for help. He seemed bothered that a customer would ask for something.

3 of 4 self checkouts not working, no tap credit card machines for a company making record profits. Upgrading monitors instead.

I was looking for an item on the floor and the staff on the floor told me Just go on line and order it from there. Not too helpful. When they do not know the answer. I finally find the item after looking around for 15 minutes

The employee name is Shell at the carpenter road store and he gave me absolutely fantastic service!

The pro sales cashier Guadalupe yelled at me and cussed me out calling me a little b word and Heather tried to get me to leave when Guadalupe was yelling at me. They both refused to tell names and both refused to get me a manager. When the managers came, they apologized and gave me both of their names

My first time painting furniture. Kelsey in the paint department fixed me up will durable and easy to use supplies that I would need. She had experience in painting furniture so she was able to give me pointers to make my project easier

My experience was that either the employees in tool rental are unable to work that department, or they are rude and unhelpful. Management is nearly impossible to contact. The store manager is kept insulated from contact by sheltering in the phone loop. The extension goes nowhere and often the phone will ring for over 30min without anyone picking up. We all know the story at Home Depot…. We have come to expect certain inefficiencies and occasional rudeness. The tool rental area is a few notches below bad at this location.

Jose G. was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. If you need help with tile, he is great! I also was happy to find the tile I wanted online in store on clearance. It is worth going into the store for the friendly service and unexpected markdowns.

When asked for a product, I was told they didn’t have any. Well the HD app said otherwise, gave me the location and wouldn’t you know there was some. Apparently there is only 1 line at HD. After two lines were formed , associate and ASM decides they want to combine the lines and 1 line has to go to the end of the other.. Not happing. Store needs to get their stuff together.

Ordered stuff from here and I received the wrong things !! Jaky in customer service helped me fix my order and was very patient while doing so.

If you don't want to be bothered with helping customers it's time for you to get out the retail career
