I bought two gallon can of paint using the same color catalog at a different time, but they gave me two different color. They can't give me a refund before I used the paint even is their mistake. I show them picture that I had to paint a extra coat to fix the different color on my wall. I'll never come back to This Home Depot again. Their customer service is the worse

I bought one month ago. I am so happy.

I was shocked by how big the store was pulling up. Once inside I noticed several items that were far away from their counter parts or related items. The layout of the store make no sense as well. Plumbing is in two different areas even. There seems to be no forethought or into the layout. Not from a shoppers standpoint. I shop for Job materials several times per week at various stores and can quickly tell if the store has a good flow or If you end up having to go across the store and back several times, which is very tedious

Dave was great with helping us finding the exact storm door we needed. Took his time with us! And Mark and Rochelle were extremely helpful with us. I didn’t have my Home Depot credit card with me and it was absolutely no trouble for them to help us to be able to find our credit card info. Always a great experience there!

Manager and assistant manager (Lou and Steve) did not want to be bothered. I was waiting to speak to someone at the front and they were called twice but didn’t want to help. I insisted to the clerk and Steve finally came but did not even hear me out or ask how he could help. Just gave me an attitude before I could discuss my concern. I wasted so much time and no solution was offered.

Vince was SO SO helpful. He was actively helping another guest and then directed his attention towards me immediately without a rude remark or huff. I needed hep making a key and he explained for next time I could use the self-service kiosk by self-checkout, but he was happy to help. He was very friendly and professional and even walked my husband and I to the back of the store to show us the area where we could have a dowel cut to length. I have been to dozens of Home Depots and will be back!

Mr. "G" from the Plumbing Department took the time to locate the exact ball joint, with two options, that I needed to efficiently complete the project being worked on at our house that day. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the entire shopping process. Thank you so much to the Montgomeryville Home Depot for being there when I needed you most.

I needed supplies to set up electricity for a portable generator. The staff was helpful and the items I needed were in stock. The project is complete and family is happy.

I know nothing about painting but went to Home Depot in Montgomeryville and could not have been happier with Jody in the painting department! She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was personable, friendly, relatable and SO funny!! She made me feel comfortable was buying something I was not comfortable buying. THANKS JODY!!

I recently purchased some items to repair my split rail fence. Associate was quick to get a lift and lower the stock down so I could get the correct product. Quite a few employees checked in with me to see if I needed assistance while I was waiting for the lift to get the stock down. Then the cashier reviewed the items I needed to pick up outside like my post and rail.

I had a sewer backup emergency on a Friday night. The employees there helped me quickly find the various materials I needed to clean up the mess. I was escorted by an employee to the various isles who knew exactly what I needed

I bought some new saws for my recently purchased home in the area, great help in the hardware department. They were knowledgable and friendly.

I was so pleased to find this Home Depot to actually have what I wanted in stock! I found the item online with two available. That was actually what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did take a moment to browse the washer and dryer section after finding what I came for. The main staff for that department was not in but another nice young gentleman was kind enough to help and even gave me the business card of the staff member that runs that department. I would definitely shop there again!

that would be nice if you can get more sizes of doors to be on stock, not attendance saying HD is too small and I have to go another ten miles to get another door size

Had a great customer service experience at Home Depot in montgomeryville today. Trying to matchflooring I had purchased over a decadeago and the associates were SO helpful. HD did not carry it but they helped me find other options to get it. So friendly and helpful!

The Lansdale Home Depot is well-stocked and the customer service is very good. Employees are friendly and willing to help to find your item(s). Notwithstanding the automated machines regularly have "Card Read Errors" when using my Home Depot Credit Card and I have to insert and/or slide my credit card numerous times before it is finally accepted. This is a long and frustrating experience that I have observed many other patrons go through also. This definitely affects your shopping experience.

This location would be GREAT if they ever had lumber carts available for customers. Whenever I shop here there are NEVER any lumber carts available for customers. The store staff have used ALL of them for to stage online orders. On my last visit I wandered around for 20min looking for a lumber cart inside and out in the parking lot. When I asked an employee for help locating one they suggested I stalk another customer using a cart, wait till they check out and follow them out into the parking lot.

I wanted to point out that Micki was a wonderful help at the self checkout in the Garden Department during my last visit to the Montgomeryville Home Depot. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional in her assisting me with my questions.
