What I like most about the Montgomeryville Home Depot is that I can always find a helpful, knowledgeable employee to answer my questions and assist with the various projects I’ve tackled over the years.

You can tell a good store from a bad one and there are plenty of bad ones. At most places, the staff reflect the management. If the managers are poor quality people and lazy, so are their direct reports. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was here when they first opened and I'vev been here an hour or less to close. Always helpful. Some stores, I can't even find someone to help, but here they are willing to assist.

Used to love Home Depot for the great availability of people to help you. Not any more. Took 3 try’s because of slow service at the return desk. Lots of employees busing about but not to help you return

Used twine jute previously and works great for plants and bundling wood for recycling.

I bought a manual spreader, it worked once. I attempted to exchange it and the lady at customer service (Sallie) was hostile toward me.

My checkout experience was exceptional because of the friendliness of the employee.

I purchased a refrigerator , dishwasher and microwave from Tom in appliances . He was extreme knowledgeable and friendly . Very very helpful !

Assistant Manager Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He went over and beyond to help us with our lumber purchase. He was patient, helpful and ver knowledgable.

I like going in to the store knowing I have someone that is knowledgeable in that field ie. plumbing, electrical, appliances etc. I’ve been to the competition and they don’t even come close to the customer service.

Lack of cashiers is an issue. The employees near the self check out are not educated enough to help you check out if things ring up incorrectly

Wade, the cashier in the Garden Center, is helpful and goes above and beyond. I returned 3 times in one day purchasing flowers for my garden and he recognized and greeted me the 2nd and 3rd visit with a big smile and willing to help locate what I was looking for. Wade is a gem!!!

Associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

I came in to return some excess product from a tile job. I approached the returns area and was made to wait while 3 employees talked at the far end. When I was approached by Sallie she had her mask under her chin. I politely asked her to wear it properly while being close to me. She told me in exactly these words "I'm vaccinated". I responded "I'm not". She walked to her register mumbling "Whatever". I told her "It's not whatever to me". She was rude from start to finish and her general demeanor is not fitting of customer service. We are not all so fortunate to have the option of a vaccine as of yet. I am at one of your locations 4 days or more every week. Recently I've had a job thats brought me to this location. I have been ignored by employees having casual conversations with people who are clearly their friends and now had someone declare that because they have gotten the vaccine and feel safe that my general safety is of no concern. This is concerning.

Good selection of washers, knowledgeable sales associate, and good value.

The store is convenient/near by, usually find what I need, and staff is very helpful.

My sump pump decided to die... or seemed to die. So as I fumbled about trying to replace pieces at home I started feeling calmer once I arrived at the plumbing isle at Home Depot. The two gentlemen there, specifically Mike, tried to help me remove my old pipe attachment (it was too stuck) and then cut a new pipe to fit my situation. Also offered me advice on how to handle my external pipes... which WERE frozen (as Mike initially said it might be)... and by following his advice I was able to get it all working again. Also explaining to me how my existing flow value was not functioning right and so with an inexpensive replacement not only is the pump working, flowing (and I know what to do about external frozen pipes now too!)... but its QUIETER. Given the circumstances their help was greatly appreciated.

I'm very happy with the help & service that this Montgomery Ville Home Depot offers. Customer Service is exceptional, I'm looking to purchasing quite a bit of supplies in the upcoming weeks,since I purchased a "New Home" in the township! again please recognize Ms. Destiny & Ms. Sallie for there warm & friendly service....kudos!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN. VERY CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL, EVEN CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME.

Purchased a freezer from the store, the delivery has become a huge issue. Thru this I found that the local store has no ability to help the customer when a problem with delivery arises. Apparently everything is subed out. All issues have to be handled thru the delivery company or thru the manufacturer itself, even thought I paid Home Depot. Not a good situation for the customer. The Store Manger tried to help, but told me it was out of his hands, he did what he could, but it appears it is an issue with Home Depot Corp. I gave them a 1 star rating not because of the store itself but the way Home Depot handles appliance sales.
