Shopping at this Home Depot location, I always get friendly service and asked more than once if I need help.

what you should do is widen the entrances off of Horsham road as when you come up to the cross roads . I have to stop and wave the people out just so can get in otherwise I would have to go over the curb.

I never used a saw before and I am 49 yoa. This gentlemen named Tony or Vince at the Home Depot in Montgomeryville who was not working in that department went out of his way to show me how to use a saw and which one was the best one given my experience utilizing them. The finish product was amazing. I am grateful that he took the time to empower me to do it and not just direct me to an isle to show me where they were located. Great customer Service

Everything I was looking for was easy to find in multiple places in the store. This place has basically everything in it or online. The employees there were really welcoming to and even remembered my name as a repeat customer.

As I previously stated on the general survey I am very happy with "Kristin" who is a cashier in the Pro area who is very efficient, courteous and helpful. If she is on duty I will always go to her station. Thanks

My husband does home repairs and improvements. The Home Depot in Montgomeryville is his go-to store for EVERYTHING. Oftentimes, He is there 2-3 a day making returns, picking up on-line orders and, of course, making purchases. The prices are about the same as the "big box" store up the street, but the service at this store cannot be beat! Honestly! If there is a problem with an online order, Kathrine (customer service) personally takes care of it, Matt makes quick work of returns, the checkout people are fast and friendly, "the guy in the plumbing aisle" really knows his stuff! Plus, we buy a lot for our own home. We are in the process of re-doing our kitchen: shop online/pickup in store is the best! A real time saver! In a nutshell: YES, I-and my husband-recommend this store!

We shop all Home Depot stores, but this location we consider "our Home Depot". The staff are knowledgeable and helpful about the products and services. The store merchandise is always attractively displayed. And check-out staff are friendly, with the lines moving quickly. All making for a pleasant shopping experience.

I think this store is very well organized and ricardo and john particularly at the pro desk are very helpful in expediting orders to be picked up

Employees here run the other way if they see you coming to ask a question. Most have no idea where anything is in the store. Lot of older employees as well who don’t seem to work too hard ( or are they hardly working). One guy was outside smoking when I entered the store and was still there 1/2 hour later when I left!

The store layout is no different from most other Homedepot stores. The main difference is in the staff they have there. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help. If they can't help they will get you the right person for the job. I was replacing a stove and the plumbing sales associate was very helpful and very knowledgeable

We had an exceptional experience at this store today when we went to shop for a new carpet for a bedroom. Both Andre and Bob were extremely knowledgable, made us their priority, and worked great together as a team. They exemplify what customer service is all about and should be used as a model. Even though we were shopping for a carpet, Andre gave us some great tips on purchasing a grill. When we went over to Outdoor/Garden, Ron was just as helpful. We definitely plan to return soon to purchase a grill. Further, Bob went out of his way to help me find cardboard for an unrelated project. We had such a wonderful experience, I was joking that I want to work at the store. We had been at another home improvement store earlier in the week and did not have anything close to the same experience.

Wade, our cashier, was terrific! He processed our purchases very efficiently and handled the purchases with care. He made sure that we had sufficient protective plastic for our trunk. To top all of this off, he was very personable and charming.

I have an older home and am doing a lot of painting,updating and replacing. Every department I go to always has great customer service,is clean and organized, and well stocked. I have been impressed by the knowledge each associate has. Always very helpful!
