SUE ? AT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL THOUGH-OUT THE YEARS, MORE SO WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE VISTA SUNCAST SHED. RECENTLY, WHICH SHE LOCATED AT ANOTHER BRANCH TO FULFILL MY PURCHASE. WHEN I HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEM I LOOK FOR SUE ?

Excellent staff and store is clean and organized. The associates were well educated and friendly and I was able to leave as a satisfy customer. The associates took the time to ask if you need anything and showed me the specials that were available.

Excellent customer service! The paint department members, Edwin and Kathy, are knowledgeable, friendly and kind! This is so especially wonderful during this stressful time of COVID19!

Would give zero stars if I could. Their security guard cursed at me for inadvertently using the wrong door. The assistant manager was less than helpful when I told her. She didn’t even know the security guards name. Then the security guard said we were being a nuisance as she was on a personal call on her cell phone. I never experienced such disrespect in my entire life. Utter disbelief

Exceptional service received in the Garden Center by Erik, Dave and Phil! Over multiple days during the pandemic loaded my truck three times with mulch in a safe, polite, courteous manner. This store is terrific!

I am really a novice at plumbing but was willing to take on an elbow replacement in a basement sink. I never imagined I would get the quality of service I received from Bill in the plumbing department. Not only did Bill show me the type of wrench I needed, he then proceeded to remove the nut that had been attached to elbow. Bill then took me to the parts aisle where he pulled together everything I needed. Last but not least, Bill then gave me step by step directions explaining what I needed to do at home to complete the project. That type of service really goes above and beyond - thank you, Bill!

This Store...#0965...Is always clean and neat, associates are always friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I have always been welcomed by the store employees, and they go the extra effort to help me find what I'm looking for or answer technical questions I may have.

Worst customer service. Needed help in the electrical department. Pages went out unanswered. When they finnaly got a hold of the person working in electrical they said he said he was on his break and would not be returning till break was over. no one else could assist.

The store is clean and neat whenever I have been there. Never have had a problem finding what I need. Very friendly employees. May I just add I am NOT happy when consumers bring in their pets. I am very sensitive to pet odor's,etc. and have had a small dog jump on my leg which I did not appreciate. (did not attack me) I would like to see signs up "NO PETS ALLOWED". I have my rights too.

The staff at this store is second to none. Such a difference in supplies and customer service compared to my local HD.

The Best Home Depot store! I really like the modern open look at the return center and pro desk! Also, such a modern looking interior! Also, the staff was AWESOME! Starting with Sascha! She is just GREAT! Also , Rob, Fatema, and Paulette are always provide great service! And also Jeff!

Any store associate is helpful and knowledgeable, I always get what I intended to buy, cashiers are fast and self-checkout available

This Home Depot is always very clean with a very friendly staff, well stocked and have the answers to all my questions. Its a pleasure shopping at this store. Been there may times and will remain a customer for all my home and outdoor projects.

Employee know the product and very helpful with your home DIY --especially plumbing

Usually a good experience, but last Sunday was a complete failure, it took four people to finally find 'Great Stuff Spray Foam'. Not a normal experience, but just a bad day. My feeling was people are hired and sent to a job, not introduced to the store nor ever walked the aisles.

ALWAYS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE. PRO DESK CHECK-OUT IS EXCELLENT! STORE IS ALWAYS NICE AND CLEAN! ASSOCIATES ARE VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND JUST WAITING TO ASSIST YOU IN WHATEVER WAY THEY CAN.
