Hands down the best Home Depot I've ever been to. Management actually cares, and the employees are great.

The workers are very thoughtful and helpful.

The coupon for the garden store said $5 on $50 OR $10 on $100. Why OR? Doesn't it make more sense for you to offer both coupons?

My husband and I have been shopping in this Home Depot (0965 Montville) for many years. We added a second floor to our home, in Caldwell, and redid our kitchen purchasing practically everything we needed to finish the job - cabinets, hardwood floors, shutters, appliances, etc. With each trip we were always satisfied. We even wrote complimentary letters to supervisors of the employees that helped us with this purchase or the other.

I had placed a special order for pickup at the special order desk. Not only was my order delivered AHEAD of time, I got a call that it was ready for pickup and the order was already loaded onto a flat cart for me to take out, I was even asked if I'd like help getting it to and into my car. I can't think of any better service, thanks to the entire staff at the RT 46 Montville store!

The cashier named Tracy is AWESOME!!! She helped me a ton at checkout with an issue I was having with an online order. She was able to turn around my whole Home Depot experience from a horrible one to a great one. Thank you Tracy again!

AWESOME GUIDENCE

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile a hello and an offer to point me in the right direction from the pleasant lady at the register. Each employee I passed said hello and also asked me what I needed help with guiding me like a well oiled machine (with feelings). Yet none of them seemed forced but genuine. Even when I was on line at the check out, the customer in front of me was apologizing bc her transaction was complicated. Yes...she was probably just a nice woman in general but sometimes even the nicest ppl can be uptight while shopping if they are not being serviced. I think the enviorment sets the tone and if everyone feels special it makes for a pleasant atmosphere.

I like the location of the store, its easy to go in and out.

Great experience! Tom- Was excellent on the floor. He greeted me and was eager to help right away. He was very knowledgeable about the supplies and lay out of the store. He made my visit there quick and efficient. Tracy- My Cashier was wonderful and pleasant. She went above and beyond by getting the store manager to come assist with giving me a discount on the purchase. I am bringing supplies to Puerto Rico to help my family and others. I could not be more pleased with the hospitality in this store. Thanks!

this store seems to have more in stock than others in the area.

The store was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, at 5:00 PM on a Wednesday there were very few employees available to help. I had to search to find someone in another department to call for assistance in the hardware dept.

Joe at their Pro desk is a great resource. He does blueprint takeoffs for lumber, windows, roofing, siding, etc. He is always responsive and solves any issues that come up quickly. His advice has always saved me money and he is a pleasure to deal with. A true professional.

The staff at this location are so helpful. They have given me tips on how to do certain projects. They have also recommended other products in the store to help me out. I go there a lot, so some of them remember me.

Great customer service ... caring and helpful.

I have a complicated repeat order that includes 76 custom plywood cuts, with special wrapping/shipping instructions. I have tried several Home Depots and this is the first one that got everything correct ... cuts, wrapping and shipping. Joe at their Pro desk did a excellent job with the order and then after the delivery he actually followed-up to make sure that everything went well and that I was satisfied! From now on I won't shop at any other Home Depot.
