Our local home depot is filled with helpful and friendly associates throughout the store. They are always stocked with what we need or offer to order something they don't have. We needed a sales associate to cut up pvc pipe for my son's school project and Bill took care of that for us! He made sure we had all the pieces we need to make the project.

Store is always neat and organized. I can always find help if I need it at this location.

The Montville store is by far the cleanest, most organized, stocked, friendly, efficient, customer service oriented location in my area. I choose to drive a few minutes out of my way for an exceptional home improvement shopping experience!

I truly abhor to be the subject of discrimination. Upon exiting the store I was asked rather rudely by V if I had paid for my merchandise and asked for proof of purchase. Additionally, while shopping I asked a member of staff for assistance and he was rather reluctant to help and his device died while helping me. I really am not interested in paying people to disrespect me. I spoke to the manager on duty at the time A R not resolved!

Pro desk people go out of they're way to help out.

THIS IS MY MAIN SHOPPING HOME DEPOT . VERY HELP FULL . IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT THEY WILL GET IT FOR YOU . I SPEND THOUSANDS EACH YEAR AT THIS STORE . THANKS TO THEIR TEAM WORK DON'T CHANGE ANY STAFF IF ITS WORKING .

I was happy with paint department they were very helpful . Then I went to have keys made no one was there so I found someone they said I'll get someone I wanted 15 min no one came I went to front told lady had been waiting against told go wait I did about 17 more mins no one ever showed up very bad customer service

Always has what I'm lookig for,and the people are friendly and helpful

I placed an online order and called to verify. Went to pick it up, the elderly man at the front desk told me it was not ready and disappeared. He returned with two items bagged. I glanced at one of the boxes noticing it was the wrong color and not what i had ordered. He stated “that’s what the receipts says” i showed him the receipt that read slate which was what i ordered. He then took 15 minutes to contact someone in the back to search and even had me go back. They did not have the color. He comes back to tel me we don’t have it. After i called and paid and now waited 30 minutes. I asked if he can call totowa location. He was on the phone for 15 minutes to come back and tell me he can’t get ahold of anyone. Meanwhile i called and they answered on the first ring. They had my items. The man at the customer desk never once’s apologized and gave me attitude for not having my order. I told him to cancel all my translations and I’ll go to another Home Depot. Hole depot never takes responsibility for anything too many employees doing nothing.

Every one is very helpful or gets someone to help

Associates at this store are the greatest. If one cannot answer your questions, they find another that will. Will even guide you through your project so it comes out right.

I got a bad experience with buying an item from this store. I went to buy a Ryobi Expand-It trimmer so I can also use other attachments with it. Yet when I got home, the item in the box was just a regular trimmer, not the Expand-It version as seen and mentioned on the box. I am very disappointed this Home Depot allow such deception of placing the wrong items in wrong boxes. I'll be going back to demand the right item or give me a full refund. Companies should not rob people like this.

Great store

Excellent Costumer Service at the Montville Home Depot...beginning with the bearded young sales associate (sorry I didn't get his name) who lead us to Mike in kitchen appliances. Mike helped us purchase the microwave we were looking for and suggested we open the damaged box to ensure the product was in excellent shape! Then Tracey in customer service helped with my "on line" purchase. All three employees went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The Montville Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot to shop in when I have a project! Special "Shout Out" to Tracey in Costumer Service...she really knows her stuff and is motivated to deliver the "best service". Her expertise really reflects her level of commitment to the company and the pride she feels being part of the Home Depot Team!

Very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Pleasant and no rush to get rid of me. Took time to explain what I needed to do and how.

This HOme Depot is the best. There is always someone to help you. The staff are very knowledgeable , helpful and efficient. While other home improvement stores are closer I come here.

What a Great Store

I just started purchasing items for a new home I purchased and stopped at Montville,NJ Home Depot. Great experience, employees are friendly and available. I will be going back, many times, Im sure.

Without sounding too repetitive, the main reason I, along with many of my friends, frequent this store is because of the wonderful service we receive from TRACY McKENNA. She is undoubtedly the finest employee that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any Home Depot store. She is constantly busy putting forth her fabulous efforts in helping customers at the Montville store.

I went to this location today to purchase a bistro set. I just left another store looking for one and was very disappointed with their inventory. When I arrived at this store, the Manager Krystyne immediately helped me. Not only did she help me find a set, but she put together two chairs and a table and made a beautiful bistro set for me, at a great price too. My guest at my barbecue are going to love it. I am ecstatic! I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location. Keep up the great work Krystyne! Thank you!

Everone is frendly

My only complaint is that I find carts are sometimes hard to find. On this trip, there weren’t any there in the cart pens in parking lot.

ANY QUESTIONS REGARDENING? GO SEE CHUCK IN THE GARDEN CENTER! HE IS AMAZING!
