They are more than happy to take your money, but do not answer the phone when there is as issue. We bought a dishwasher and wanted it installed. Waited around all morning and when they arrived they told us we had not paid for the installation. We had wanted it installed and the sale rep knew that and said it would be 130.00 and that was fine with us, but she neglected to put it in the receipt. So I called the store and was on hold for over 30 min. No answer, went down there and canceled the sale only to find out it would take 3 days to credit our account, because they needed to get the dishwasher back in stock. So ridiculous that I paid for this dishwasher without having it in possession and now I have to wait because of someone’s screwup. I know better now I will not be back.

I always recieve outstanding "customer service" when I shop at this particular Home Depot. The Associates are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

only complaint is finding help - I usually go on-line and find out if store has product and where to find it - so I need less in-store help

I do not usually like Home Depot stores, but I like this one. It's because of the people who work there. They actually care about what they are doing and the customer's experience. They are very helpful and nice...and are knowledgeable about products.

Cleaner store than most, not a full size HD store, less inventory and product offering . The assistance OMG stay away from the blinds dept, The person there has no personality , not helpful I don't think she really wants to be there. Pretty much the rest of the place has pretty friendly attentive people. Customer service return desk on online pick-up has always been great. Im a twice a day shopper seen it all from the day HD opened in Gilroy and MH .

Online, they claimed it to have 34 of the PVC repair part in stock that we needed. We went through bad traffic to get to this store. They had none zero. Nothing. We went to a lot of trouble and wasted a lot of time based on a false promise on the website. Their inventory management is terrible.

I really like this store. The associates are very friendly, the parking lot is easy enough to park in, and I can usually get in and out quickly.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Surprisingly, I did not have to hunt anyone down for help, they approached me. Even on a Saturday, which can be a busy time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Had I known, I would have been doing business here long ago.

The cashier, Sonal, was extremely nice and helpful.

5 day a week twice a day, inventory is always low or out, Most who work there are freindly but can't help you with a soultion, Parking needs help , if you wonder where you picked up a nail in your tire look no further. On the bright side New rack lights are great you can actually see what is not in stock or in the wrong bin. Anyway your there because of convience! I would say this store is below average of the other HD I visit. And yes its is a micro store not a full size HD

Be cautious in signing up for contract work with them. They committed to have the contractor call me within 2 business days. They charged my credit card and then changed it to over a week without notifying me. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to find someone who could help.

Enzo was a great help! I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Christmas tree or not but he said of course you do! Then he picked out a great one for me. Thanks so much!!

I had the most thoughtful shopping experience ever! Vickie helped me find everything I needed and she did it with a smile and jokes,and suggestions that were right on point. Vickie helped me with flooring, vertical blinds, and kept all the measurements and colors straight. She also helped me with all the fixtures throughout the house from chandeliers to doorknobs. You couldn't ask for a better experience than this! She was incredibly patient with me because I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to this kind of thing. I would encourage anyone and everyone, whether you have experience or not, to shop at this store. Especially if Vickie is on site!!

Different than other Home Depot locations, the help here is kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and takes the time to help. Other locations could definitely learn something from this store. Bev and Stacey were amazing, helping with a complicated order and helping me locate items. We'll gladly be back to this location!

Always excellent! I renovate hotels across the United States and I have been into dozens of Home Depot locations as well as numerous competitors. It's always a pleasure to shop at the Morgan Hill Home Depot because it is a well run operation!

Outstanding Service and selections! Staff is always helpful which is a true reflection of management. Chris & Joseph are excellent Leaders and great Managers. We are always extremely satisfied shopping at the Morgan Hill Home Depot.

This is and always has been the best example of really bad management. The employees have ALWAYS been so under trained. Nearly every person I have ever asked a question about where a product is or what is the best product to use responds with a blank stare and needs to ask management. It is not their fault...they are simply not trained. It is common for this store to be understaffed at the registers. Even the auto register is often broken. Today's experience was that there were no bags..none...so I had to hand carry the 12 small items out by myself. It's always something new. I wish it were comical, but its sad. Management should absolutely be replaced.

The store is like an obstacle course with so many extra displays in the way and covering product. The parking lot is a joke full of employees cars parked right up front. I continue to shop at this location only because I live in Morgan Hill.

The store staff is generally friendly, but there are several unhelpful, and outride rude members which make shopping here a true toss-up. The store is fairly small and has limited items

We recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot. Our salesperson was Theresa Taylor and she was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about the appliances and found the answers to all of my questions. Theresa is the best!

Just happy to have a good store in Morgan hill I have shop here for years and just love people that work there. Ya know Morgan hill is growing up fast.. lots of knew people in town . I like the fact that your store has a lot of people that work there for some time know and to see there faces. Virginia

the associates at this store are amazing, everybody we talked to were so helpful, did not get this kind of help at other stores. All our questions were answered and walked away confident that I received the best advice possible.

Morgan Hill,is a smaller store, not your normal stock, it is utilized by mix of construction workers and DIY. If your a construction person and want to get in and out stay away on weekends. If your a DIY , homemaker etc and want a good experience shop after the early morning contractor rush, and always park towards the garden section. The contractor parking side is like a job site. Employees overall are friendly, some helpful some not so much . I personally don’t have allot of confidence in the pro desk, your much better off at customer service or in the actual department of your needs or on line. I’m a twice a day MH shopper and on line daily.

This store usually has the items I need but can never find an associate when I need assistance.
